Yay for a good night's sleep! My brain didn't get stuck in that stupid worry loop the couple times a hot flash woke me last night. After the good news about Greyor and a good night's sleep, I feel ready to conquer the world. Today's workout will be one of the Gym Style upper body - which ever one falls off the shelf first.
Vicki, I doubt if your arms will become big balls of mush, but I know how you feel about skimping on the arm workouts. I was loosely following the August rotation before the RT and it focuses on lower body. I'm not sure when I last did an upper body workout. I bet my arms will be balls of mush AFTER my workout this afternoon.
Michelle, I keep going back to Tess's video clip of the step workout and getting all teary. My DH really thinks I'm crazy now.

Lara, I eased back into the workouts by doing someone else besides Cathe. LOL. I did a step workout by Tracy. I'm afraid of my reaction when I hear Cathe later today.
