Hey, fellow Tri-Staters...anyone else hurting today??

I sure am...Cathe sure does make the trip worthwhile in that regard.

Some yoga for me later today is about all I can take.

I have a strange pain in my outer thigh -- not sure what that's from. I did manage to get through Cardio & Weights today before work and felt pretty good -- that is until I got to the train station and the escalator was broken again!!:mad: Two long flights of steps with my wheelie cart full of my equipment -- I was dying! Plus I knew the train was coming soon so I was trying to get up them quickly. Thank God for Cathe DVD's (and classes) or I'd probably never have made it!;)
 
Gayle, for some reason I thought you were there this week (and, just to complete my confusion, I was thinking all day today that the Tri-Staters were there today! :eek:) Have a wonderful time next week!!!! I'm pea green!!!
 
I'm actually not too terribly sore - but tired as all hell!! No workout for me today. I hope to resume tomorrow with strength training. I'm not ready for more cardio yet!:):):)

Yep -- even blasted through the scissor lunges we were talking about that everyone hates. :p Today Eoin Finn's "Daily Dose of Bliss" premix was just that -- bliss! Felt great to do some good stretching today. Jerry and Ellie, hope you've recovered.;)
