I have a strange pain in my outer thigh -- not sure what that's from. I did manage to get through Cardio & Weights today before work and felt pretty good -- that is until I got to the train station and the escalator was broken again!! Two long flights of steps with my wheelie cart full of my equipment -- I was dying! Plus I knew the train was coming soon so I was trying to get up them quickly. Thank God for Cathe DVD's (and classes) or I'd probably never have made it!

Yep -- even blasted through the scissor lunges we were talking about that everyone hates. Today Eoin Finn's "Daily Dose of Bliss" premix was just that -- bliss! Felt great to do some good stretching today. Jerry and Ellie, hope you've recovered.You did Cardio and Weights????
