I believe it has been over a year since I have visited this site! I've missed my old workout buddies! I left off at the STS strength series and see I need to get the cardio series as well as the new series. Love the Catheite maroon T's and motivational bands. These will be my first Cathe purchases since returning. Economic slump hit our family hard and major depression sat in. Good to be back!

How I understand economic difficulties! We're trying to survive our own issues right now and hanging on! Glad to see you back! This community of Cathletes is what's keeping me sane and from dropping off the edge of the world. It's so easy for me to shut everyone out and cocoon myself in my own world when things aren't going well! Keeping up here is what's helping me! Things could be much, much worse!

So, I hope all is well now and that you will hang around for a while!

Thank you all for welcoming me back. Just watched Cathe on QVC. How awesome of a package she had. Cathe and crew were incredible! The website is so up to date with all the downloads, workout manager etc. Boy catheites am I sore. I have been working out now for 3 days and can not even move my arms, triceps burn yikes! I am starting back with the XPRESS series. Old School!

I just bought the express series when I pre-ordered the new series. Haven't got a chance to try it much yet. I had company, and I actually decided to do some of the STS. Not a full three month rotation. I think I'll do 2-3 weeks of Meso 1 and then 2-3 weeks of Meso 2.

Welcome Back Lisa! Nothing like a good ole Cathe workout to make you feel better! Just keep at it, you'll feel better & better as time goes on. We missed you here!

I had so much fun talking with you ladies through the years. I can not believe how Cathe has grown. Still one day hope to go to a Cathe road trip. Had planned on seeing her at Daytona, but of course money was the issue. So what kinds of items have you ladies bought within the past year?
