HELP! WEIGHT LOSS

Hi Cathy,

I am currently using the 3 Gym Styles and FitTv, I weighed & lost 1 lb. I don't want to lose any weight as I am now 99.6 lb. what should i do? i only want to tone & get some defination..........HELP!:(
 
Unwanted weight loss

To gain weight all you have to do is make sure to consume more calories than you burn. But just because you weigh 1 lb less according to the scale doesn't mean you have lost 1lb of body mass. Scale's are not 100% accurate and the scale error rate can certainly explain a 1lb weight loss. Also, your body's weight will fluctuate by several pounds due to water retention throughout the day and month.
