I ordered Xtrain during the pre-sale, but I selected "Check by Mail" for the payment method. Do I need to pay before shipping?? I'm wondering if that's why I haven't gotten my order yet...shoot, I was waiting for a bill or something to come in the mail. If this is the case, is there a way I can pay by credit card right now???? I'd be happy to do that just so I can speed up the process.

I'd email them with your order # and ask what your best option is. [email protected] They are fast to respond. At least in my experience.

Would have been nice had it been more clear. I was able to change the payment method on my order, however, it would not let me change the shipping method. I'd like to do next day air if possible. I've already emailed support early this morning and haven't gotten a response yet, and I'm guessing it's getting pretty close to cut-off time for the mail.
