HELP - Need one week rotation.

Cathlete
Hi,

I am fairly new to Cathe. I started doing her DVD's around four weeks ago. I wish I would have found her earlier - like 8 years ago after I had my son. I am one year post op from a hysterectomy/tummy tuck. We are going to tropical island on the 13th of March. I need a one week rotation that will get a few more pounds off and a little more definition. Any help appreciated. I have anywhere from 45 min. to 1.5 hours a day to devote. Her DVD's that I own are as follows.

BB - all but Timesaver
IS - Vol 2 BC/ME and Vol 3 Pyr.Upper/Pyr. Lower
Rhythmic Step/IMax/MIC (this I just received and have not done)

Would like to start on Sunday the 7th as I am finishing out the BB rotation on Saturday.

Thankyou, Thankyou, Thankyou
Dawn

Edited to say, most importantly - EAT CLEAN.

Here's my suggestion.

Sun-MIC(entirity)
Mon-Vol 3
Tue-IMax + BC(cardio only)
Wed-Kick, Punch & Crunch
Thur-Vol 3
Fri-MIC(entirity)
Sat-Boot Camp or ME; or Vol 3 if you have time

Be sure to insert a rest day if you want. As Cathe says, "listen to your body". Also, if you have time during any of the days insert a 2nd workout(e.g. on a cardio day, do a weight workout later in the day; on a weight day, do a cardio later-I'd probably make it RStep or StepBlast as they're not so intense).

Good luck.

I'd try four days of interval aerobics plus two days of muscle endurance strength training.
