help before i pre order

Hi,hope you can help ,the new dvds ,will there be low impact modifications in the new dvds where you can use the discs.is there alot of high impact.putting off pre ordering until someone can clarify.

These are not low impact DVDs. They do have some low impact bonus sections, but the main program uses mainly mixed impact including lots of Plyo exercises.

I had the same concern melly. I did finally pre-order since I know from the past you just can't beat this price. Anything that I would rather not do that is high impact I will just sub in my own move from previous workouts.

I had the same thoughts as you do Tami and did go ahead and preorder. Took advantage also of getting 30% off on 2 of the DVDs that were on special for today (I wanted them anyway). So made for some great deals! I will just sub in other moves for the high impact also.
