Mornin' ladies - I didn't want to roll out of bed this morning. I have to be at work an hour early ...doctor appt. after work. I'm sore from Muscle Max yesterday and not looking forward to all of the jumping in Kickmax. I may use my rebounder cuz I'm PMSing and my back bothers me when I PMS. Also, due to hormones, have not been able to sleep well this week. Ugh!! Off to grab a bit of carbs before my Kickmax, as I've been starving lately (darned PMS/Hardcore combo). I'll check back in after my workout so everyone knows I didn't slack!! Just needed to vent a bit. I'm feelin' bloated and irritable. Kick max will probably do me some good today.
