Mornin' ladies - I didn't want to roll out of bed this morning. I have to be at work an hour early ...doctor appt. after work. I'm sore from Muscle Max yesterday and not looking forward to all of the jumping in Kickmax. I may use my rebounder cuz I'm PMSing and my back bothers me when I PMS. Also, due to hormones, have not been able to sleep well this week. Ugh!! Off to grab a bit of carbs before my Kickmax, as I've been starving lately (darned PMS/Hardcore combo). I'll check back in after my workout so everyone knows I didn't slack!! Just needed to vent a bit. I'm feelin' bloated and irritable. Kick max will probably do me some good today.

Morning everyone!

KM for me too this morning. Decided to do the 58min low impact premix but ended up adding a few sections of the blast in too for extra cardio.

lorajc: sorry to hear you're feeling 'under the weather' - I'm sure KM will get you back on track with all the kicking and punching!!!! What time did you get up this morning? I'm in the UK and am usually first to post (around 7:30 GMT)?

Well....I did it. I did the BootCamp Kickbox Challenge. I'm sorry I ate anything before all of that jumping, as I had indigestion. I modified some of the higher jumps on the rebounder.

I'm eating breakfast right now: shredded wheats with dried cranberries and fat free yogurt. Lunch will be salad with cheese and snacks will be fruit and honey wheat pretzels. I still feel bloated. I'm a little afraid to weigh myself this weekend.

Karate Chick: I'm in the US, but I get up at 2:15 am.....I'm a super early bird.

Also...on the weather front.....I'm sick of subzero chill factors and snow. Come on Spring. I envy all of you ladies that live in warmer climates.

today's workout: was suppose to be cathe's Kickmax..but didn't feel like it. I think I'm coming down w/ a cold. I have a little stuffy nose. So, I powerwalked on my treadmill varying my incline between 8-12%. still a great workout!

Lorajc: OMG..you are really a super early bird. What kind of job do you have that gets you up that early? just wondering

I did GS legs this morning and will do section 2 of coremax this afternoon. The snow and ice are getting very old.x( I am so ready for spring.

Today is MM since I swapped it with KM yesterday. Breakfast was oatmeal with Splenda and raisins.

I have to take my poor cat to the vet today, so I gotta run and workout.

Good morning all,

I am reading about everyone's deviations today, I thought I was the only one thinks the Hardcore rotations get repetitive!:)
Anyways, today was HSC, first time for that one. I think there is an added cardio benefit from all the scrambling around to get your darn band under the high step and to find your 3lb dumbbells! I think I will like this one once I know what's coming.

Lorajc what time do you go to bed???? I SHOULD get up and get my workout done in A.M. but I have such a hard time getting up in am because I like to stay up so late.

Hi there! This morning was KM. Skipped the leg drills and did SLDS, Hamstring curls and leg presses ~ 4 sets each. I needed to do some weights, I'm missing that on this fat loss rotation.

I work in a large hospital...Education Department, but it's not really this job that makes me get up that early. I'm still on this schedule from my last job (a year ago - and I started work at 5:30 am back then). I have problems with insomnia, so I stayed on the same schedule when I got my new job. Now, I have plenty of time in the AM to workout, shower, play with my cat, do launndry, go on the computer or whatever. I usually go to bed at 8:30 pm to 9:30 pm and sometimes 10 pm. If I get more than 6-7 hours of sleep, I can't sleep the next night, so I have to do the sleep deprivation thing, or I lie awake all night. I know....you ladies probably think I'm nuts, but I have a method to my madness...honest. My hubby gets up early also (1:30 am) as he starts work at 6:00 am and works out before work also. So we're an early household.

Good Morning Ladies,

I did low max last night and HSC this morning, I love that workout.
Breakfast
1 cup of yougurt
1 cup of mixed berries
12 grams of whey protein
2 tablesspoons of ground flaxseed

It is delicious, you get the antioxidants in the berries, the omega 3 in the flaxseed and the protein with the yougurt and the whey.

Hi everyone,
This mornings workout was Low Max premixes done as intervals 4-7 first then intervals 1-4. That was doing interval 4 twice, then GS Back,Shoulders, & Biceps. Core Max 2&3. So far I have only had my protein smoothie. In a couple of hours I will have an egg white spinach feta omelet and some mixed veggies. Have a great day.

Since I'm on the west coast, even when I workout in the AM, I'm one of the last:+.

Today I did HCX #3. I was dripping sweat for the leg conditioning at the end. This is my first time for this one. I liked it. It was tough for me.

I am determined to eat better today after a couple of not so good eating days.

Waaa! I'm in the middle of the second week of the ME rotation. LO MAX went suprising well last night (except for those darn "step sweep" thingys!) I am totally pumped and motivated and then...BAM! Last night, I went to bed with a slight toothache Then, I woke up in the middle of the night with a raging toothache (can you see what this is leading up to!)and soooo....instead of grooving to IMAX3 today I spent my day going from the dentist who promptly sent me to an endodontics office for a partial root canal. (Isn't bad enough I have an abcess, the stupid root is shaped like an "S" so they couldn't do the entire root canal in one visit because I wouldn't "like them in the morning." !) I've only "done" IMAX3 once...I can't remember...is it easier than a root canal?!?!? You guys keep on keeping on. I'm back on deck tomorrow! Ciao for now!

Solara - I hear your pain...I also have a toothache and just found out that I have a fractured root and the tooth needs extracted. The problem is ...is that the tooth is under a 3-tooth bridge and therefore, the bridge needs to be cut up and I'll either need implants or a 4 tooth bridge. In the meantime, I've been suffering with migraines and tooth aches! Hang in there! I've had curvy roots in teeth that had canals done on them and it's not fun to sit there. Here's hoping we're both on the mend soon.
