This morning was Standing Legs and Coremax 1. I didn't have any time left for aerobics, as I was running late.....couldn't get my computer to work!!

WD: How long did it take you to get so "buff"?

Kim: I sympathize with your Open House dilemma and having your house on the market. I remember those days....not fond of them either.

Good Morning,

This morning I did GS C&T followed with 15 minutes of various ab exercises. I did EVERY single push up on my toes today. Usually I have to go to my knees about the 6 reps.

Last night I ran around the yard with my son and dog. It's one of the first times in my life I didn't obsess what housework *had* to be done.

Kim, if it's any consolation, when we put our last house up for sale, it Sold on the very first showing! Hopefully you'll have very similar luck.

HI Everyone,

I did HSC this morning. I love the music in this one. I didn't workout over the weekend. I always feel sluggish when I skip to many workouts. Yesterday I did a lot of yard work. All that raking and I'm not sore this morning, thanks to Cathe :) .

Good morning ladies ,I did notDo Low Max as planned this AM . I caught the bug my kids and hubby had a few days ago ,resting for now !!! not fun ! I thought the flu season was overx( x( x( x( x(

Today's workout was the entire GS Legs, Low Max, and Stretch Max with the band.

Lora, I have been working out with weights for so many years it is really hard to say. I do think over the last two years I have started noticing more density in my muscle. I had people notice after I had been using Firms and some home gym exercises after about a year.

Kim, I hope you sell your house soon. I would hate to have to have the interruptions of people coming in.

Hi everyone ~

I did IMAX2 this afternoon. Had to quit before I was thru the 9th interval because my daughter had a "cooking accident". Cleaning the kitchen was my cool down (physically as well as, I'm ashamed to admit, temper).

I got outta bed at 4:30AM but that doesn't leave me enough time to workout, get ready for work and my daughter to school. Tomorrow I'll attempt 4:00AM so I do my workout. I'm trying to get too much done in the afternoon and I'm starting to stress and lose my cool.

Thanks for all the "well wishes" concerning the house. I appreciate them. You gals are too sweet.

Yes, I did them in the order listed. I think that next time, I will do the MM legs first, the the HSTA cardio+legs and then the LM blast to finish it off. My heart rate did come down during the MM leg part in the middle, but I was sweating like a pig.

Kim-sometimes I think that if my kids survive me and my temper, they'll survive anything! Oh I struggle with it, but I've found that as I admit my shortcomings--errr sin, that is--to them and ask forgiveness, they are quite forgiving and remarkably resiliant.

Hello Everyone,
I thought I quick post now and go get in my workout cloths and get my youngest to bed and than start my wo. I am planning on doing Lowmax. Hopefully I will do the whole thing, but am really NOT in the mood

It has taken me some time to learn that having to quit in the midst of a workout did not cause me to lose anything in my physique. I have had this happen often in my years of daycare,raising children and grandchildren. I have found it to be rewarding, helping them through learning experiences. Look at it that way and smile. It always works out, and you can make up for it somewhere else :)
