Hardcore Rotation Checkin Tuesday 3/29

Morning Ladies -

I'm on my last week of the FLR, but I deviated today and did Body Blast Supersets. I'm still not feeling very well, back, neck and shoulder ache....but I couldn't pull myself away from a Cathe DVD. I think I'm addicted (understatment). I really have to start listening to my body. I'm not sure what I'm doing tomorrow. I don't run, so I'll probably do aerobics on the rebounder, as I don't feel like doing the Eliptical.

Breakfast is yogurt and oatmeal. Lunch will be salad with cheese. Snacks will be a pear and an apple and some pretzels.

This AM, IMAX3 is on the MER but I substituted IMAX2. I had a protein shake for breakfast.

Lorajc - I'm with 'ya on listening to our bodies....I'm having neck and shoulder aches myself but I've really been pushing myself with the weights, form, finishing all the reps, etc. I've trained for too many years to risk an injury but there's a fine line for me between working out "smart" and taking it "too easy" though. Since I'm aware of these tendencies I strive to keep "balanced". Take care! Stay well.

Good morning everyone.

Today was MM, gotta love that one! I, also cannot wait for the April rotation.
I am having neck pains myself and I wonder if it is from those hip lifts that Cathe has introduced in her core sections. I find my neck tensing up when I do those, if that sounds goofy...

Hi Everyone,

I took an unsceduled day off Sunday due to friends taking us out for a surprise.
Yesterday I did Kickmax...I got through the whole thing, challenge and all this time. Yippee! Later I did Imax2 and Stretchmx with the band.

I don't know what I will do the rest of the week, or what order I should say.

Girls, I have noticed my neck hurting too. Since I have not done the liviathon move that much, I cannot blame it on that; I shall have to investigate the cause.}(

I know for April I will stick with my game plan of getting more endurance plus I will do extra cardio. I want to get my abs and hips in line. If I follow the Hardcore endurance rotation, I want to add in Muscle Endurance and Bootcamp. I love the ab sections in each of these workouts.

Loriac, I want to tell you how much I have appreciated you starting and maintaining this thread. I know it is alot of work and it takes committment to keep it going every day. I hope you have gained as much encouragment back as you have given.

In trying to juggle my life around between work/school/exercise, I have found it to be most helpful to really concentrate on what I am doing at the time. It has been a challenge for me to do this for when I would be studying, I would be thinking I should be exercising, when I would exercise, I would think about the mountain of bookwork and schoolwork I had waiting for me. My productivity has increased by putting my mind into what I am doing right now.
Perhaps this may help your workouts as well. ???? ;-) Have a wonderful happy spring is here workout day. :)
 
Good Morning everyone, This morning I did LEGS! GS legs. I also added leg presses superset with leg extensions for three sets and then hamstring curls. I feel great! (although I was crying for my mommy during the presses, hahaha). I hope to do a little cardio and abs tonight.

Hi Everyone,

Second day of ME rotation. I did Lowmax 1-4 and 7. I slept late.
I am a little sore from MM yesterday. I have to run and check the water level in the basement. Just way to much rain at once.

Hello Ladies,

I did KM this morning the blast is getting easier and the leg section, felt too easy! My body is getting strong!

I did BC last night, just for fun! Love that workout!
 
Hi Ladies,

I did IMAX 3 and Muscle Max today. I felt awesome. I am enjoying the muscle endurance the past week and a half, better than strength. I plan on sticking with Muscle Endurance for a while. I may add in ME also.

Lorajc, Yes! Thank you for posting the thread everyday and for everyone else participating. It is nice to see what others do and how they are feeling and stuff.

I hope everyones neck starts feeling better!!

Hi everyone,

I did Low Max, Gym Style Legs, & Stretch Max with the band. I also have had neck pain since doing the HC's. It is almost gone now. I think for me it was the bands with the upper body work. A lot of moves work the trapezius. Once I lightened up my hold on the band and really worked on my form it started improving.

Wanda congrats on getting completely through Kick Max.

Lora I also appreciate you getting this started everyday. Thanks so much.

Hello Everyone,
I completed Hardcore FLR last week and this week I am on Hardcore strength. Today I did IMAX 3. Boy was I sweating. Beverly you are my HERO. How could you do MM after that?? I tell ya I am wiped out after that one, but I think my cardio is getting much better since I am sticking with these rotations. (I am usually a weights girl) I am wondering how long it will take to build up my cardio endurance?

Hope all your aches and pains disappear for all of that are having problems!!:D (Listen to your bodys)
