Hardcore Rotation Checkin Monday April 4

Morning Ladies -

I did Imax 3 this morning and Stretch Max Section 1. I also messed up and did Core Max Section 1 this morning cuz I thought I was scheduled to do it on Wednesday and I have to work early on Wednesday, so I thought I'd get it out of the way....but I'm supposed to do it tomorrow. Oops. Oh well, I can do 20 minutes of cardio tomorrow instead. My lats feel sore today ...even though I didn't really feel it yesterday.

Breakfast is the usual and lunch will be salad with cheese and yogurt.

I did Imax 2 and Slow & heavy Chest and back. Is a beautiful day here in Maryland the sun is out, it looks like Spring, after so much rain.

Goood Morning,

I did the Low Impact KM(without the leg drills) and KPC the kickbox only. I hope to get a core session in later. I haven't worked out sense Thursday(two sick kids).

I have decided to do the FLR this month for the most part, I did the ME rotation last month and am just not thrilled with the Strength rotation of this month.
Saturday - Step Til you Drop 2
Sunday - HSC
Today - MIC and ab hits ( I am imaxed out at the moment..)

Hi Everybody ~

Gym Style Back, Shoulders and Biceps for me today. I really pushed myself with the weights. The dynaband is a nice addition to the freeweights. I really feel like I'm getting down deep in muscles. I beat the cold I was fighting but yesterday either had my first migraine or it was the horrible head cold delivering a solid punch. I was horribly sick but am much better today. I moved my workout to the afternoon because I still had a little carry-over from the weekend at 4AM so I went back to bed for an hour. Thank goodness, I'm past it. I plan to resume early AM workouts tomorrow.
