Mornin' ladies - I'm currently on the Fatloss rotation and did Kickmax Bootcamp Challenge Premix with 10 minutes of the leg toning drills and 1 section of Core Max (the one with the ball). I am unbelievably sore after having those 2 days of rest. Now I know why I don't like to take rest days. I guess my body must have needed it though. Eats so far have been yogurt & a handful of cheerios prior to my workout and yogurt and shredded wheats in a bit. I'll have a meximelt from taco bell minus the meat with spanish rice and a yogurt for lunch. Snacks will be honey wheat pretzels, an apple and a pear. I'm not sure about dinner yet.
