Hello Everyone,
Today I plan on doing S&H legs and shoulders, and a 30 min. cardio off my timesaver dvd, and than add a stretch.
Sorry I did'nt check in yesterday, but it was my dd B-day, and the day just got away from me

I did however get my workout in, and finished by 10:15pm ha ha. I did S&H Chest and Back, and then Cathe's timesaver workout number 4 (KPC) and then I did section#2 of total stretch.
Sabrina sorry to hear about your truck, but so happy you are getting it fixed and not have to pay the deductable!! How great is that!!
Lora I agree with you on stretching. I really am liking the new stretch dvd!! I think this one will definitely be one of my most used dvds. I am really going to focus on getting stretching in. I really need it and it feels so darn good esp. on that ball!!
Dallas sorry to hear about your foot!! Sounds like you have a good workout planned today!! I thought about adding S&H shoulders into my workout last night, but just did not have the mental energy.They say calcuim helps with sleeping. Are you getting enough???

Susan I feel I am in the same boat as you ha ha. I did'nt do alot of wts for the last few months, and I started back to it this week, and boy I feel my muscles are smoking :7 Sounds like PUB did that for you to!! Hey have you thought about getting a knee brace for your knee when you do your workouts???? I know some people who do that have knee problems swear by them.
