Hi Everyone,
This morning I did TLP Core Foundations - The Whole Shebang Premix DVD (functional fitness/weights/cardio w/ med ball/stab ball/weights) followed by about 1/2 hour of TLP Core Foundations - Strength (weights with stab ball). I doubt if I'll be able to move tomorrow. These workouts really work your body differently than Cathe's workouts.
Anyone else starting the Sept rotation on Monday?
Have great workouts everyone or enjoy your rests if it is your rest day.
