Good Morning Everyone!
What a busy extended weekend we had. We had a great time with my aunt. She's back in Atlanta already. I had two days off from working out because of her visit.
This is what I did yesterday:
Treadmill for 40 minutes (I added this on to Day 5/week 1 w/o)
LM blasts only
MM biceps (If I do this again, I'll make sure to leave more time to do more bicep work)
HSC abs/core
HSC c/d and stretch
That was about an hour and a half.
Today I did:
Treadmill run for 40 minutes (I just didn't feel like doing the called HC Extreme #2.)
GS-Back (I changed that from MM back.)
CM -Tough Core
SM segment #3 for 10 minutes only
This was about and hour and 40 minutes. I like this rotation and my add ons make it just right for me.

Susan ~ You crack me up! :7 Good for you not moving those boxes! I wouldn't have moved them either.
Terri ~ Is everything OK with your mouth now?
Sabrina ~ There's two songs I like from Keith Urban that I bought off of iTunes. I think "Someone Like You" and "You'll Think of Me". Any other songs you can recommend? What did you decide to do about the Chicago CGT?
Diane Sue ~ Did you get all that yard work done? Any luck with you diamond?

Have great work outs everyone! The kids are off today and so is dh (for the whole week), so we're taking them to the pumpkin patch. It's going to be a beautiful day here.
