Ahhh, the comforts of exercising at home...I woke up with my little boy in bed with me this morning. He climbed in during the night. (my husband travels during the week). So, I worked out in my jammies! Normally I get my clothes out ahead of time when my husband is home. I'm glad I was wearing loose cotton pants and shirt. As luck would have it, all the laundry was done. There were whites in the dryer ~ The bonus was I found a matching pair of socks!:D

Today I did GS C&T and CM#1.

Nicole, I checked out the link of the rotation you spoke about. If I was looking at the right one, it mentions BSS3 and BSS4? I don't know what that is. Also, I had no idea of what any of those w/o's are. But, I did get the concept of it.

Mary, looks like I'll be taking my own advice. I feel some congestion building, so I'll be high dosing the Vitamin C. My husband sees so many people during the week; I think he brings germs home with him.

Terri, you can check in here if you'd like. It was mainly the first month we did all HC's. Now, we're incorporating other w/o's too.

Hi Everyone,

I did LowMax this morning.

Kim your question about CTX. CTX was the first series I bought of Cathe's. I have the VHS version. I still use them. The Cardio sections are great to add onto other workouts. They are short but intense. I would imagine the DVD version has greater versitility.
I believe the DVD also includes the CTX upper body split which is a great upper body workout.
Just thought I'd give my input.

Have a great day!
Elaine

Hello Everyone,
Last night I did aerobic wt training dvd and section of Stretch max. Tonight I will do another AWT dvd and section of CM or SM. I am really going to TRY and focus more on my stretch/core during this time of recovery.

Susan I can relate to having one of my kids in bed with me!! I remember when I was a kid and I used to do the same:D Enjoy because it goes so quickly!! My oldest (11) rearly will come in anymore soo.... I will go crawl in with her from time to time for a mother daughter chat!! The rotation that I am doing right now is the dvds that are from BSS2 and BSS3 (body sculpting system) )I don't have the bss4) It's basically AWT everyday.

Kim I LOVE the CTX so much that I bought vhs when first came out and then I bought the dvd!! It is SOOOOOOOOOOOO........ versitile. Do a seach on this and you will find out WONDERFUL things about it!! As Bobbie says "it is a thing of beauty" It does have a lot of high impact though that I will modify as needed. The upper body split is KILLER as is LL, but for some reason I find LL to more to my liking than PH legs????? As Elaine said it is a GREAT add on. Hope this helps.

Mary hang in there you WILL to be feeling better SOON.

Take care,
~Nicole
