Hardcore Rotation Checkin April 22 Friday

Hi everyone,
This morning I did Kickmax Bootcamp Challenge instead of CardioKicks cuz I only had 50 minutes to workout due to working the early shift today. I'm going to the airport right after work and going to Vegas until next Thursday. I won't be checking in until then. The scale has been up lately.....I hope it's just water weight, as I usually gain a couple pounds on vacation. I don't really eat badly on vacation, I just eat a little too much (portion size, frequency, etc).

Have great workouts everyone and I'll see everyone next week.

This AM I did GS Legs & PLB - only floorwork segments. Started Coremax Segment 2 (stability ball) but the workout called for Segment 3 (medicine ball). This PM I'll do CM #3 and SM #3. Have a good day everyone.

Hi Everyone,

It's been a few days sense I checked in. It is school vacation week for my kids and we have been busy.

On Wed I did LowMax and spent about 12 hours on feet at the Science Meuseum in Boston. Took Thursday as a rest day. This morning I did KPC. Hopefully next week I will be able to stick to my scheduled workouts.

Lora have a great time in Vegas.

All I can say is I'm toast right now!

Today was Leg Endurance day. This w/o was about an hour and a half long.

LL (no cool down or abs)
SS, Lower body blast (no warm up or cool down) Boy did I shake on plie squats!
PLB, stability ball

My husband is coming home today (he travels a lot for his job:D ), so I've got to really pick up the house today and run some errands and pay bills.

Boy Susan you have been busy:7 Last night I rode my airdyne for 30 min. while reading a book. Today I plan on doing GS legs!!

Hi ladies,

This morning I did a 5.5 mile run and L&G. I forgot how much I liked that leg workout.
Yesterday was a 6.5 mile run.

lorajc, enjoy Las Vegas. I am going the end up May for a few days. Meeting my sister there.

Susan, what a leg workout... Do you do that one often?

I am thinking of getting back into my freestyle training for my lower body.

Hi everyone

Have not posted in a couple of days. Very busy....

Wed--MM sh, bi, tri, core; 30 min on stationary bike
Thurs--rest
Today--KM blast only, followed by Low Max (skipped w/u)

I am officially not weighing myself any longer, because my body is stuck and it is causing me undue stress x( . I am now just going to focus on my fitness level and let the pounds fall where they may.
