HARDCORE ROTATION CHECKIN 4/23 SATURDAY

Hi Everyone ~

I can't move on with my morning without Lora's opening post for our daily checkin! Since she's away, I'll start.

Today is supposed to be REST or Stretchmax (Segment of choice) but I got my copies of CK/CM and PUB/PLB this week! I did CK this AM. Now I know what everyone raves about. I found this workout to be very fast paced, the hour flew by! My intensity is still not at max (particularly with my lower body) but I think I threw some hard punches during the intensity drills near the end.

Have super workouts everyone or relaxing "rest" days.

Hi Everyone,
I have been busy with company and getting things ready for dh to leave for Iraq. So I will post what I did the last couple of days.

Thurs. I Max 3 no st. Step Blast chalenge, Gym Style C&T supersets, & Core Max Complete Core w/ some Bowflex crunches
Fri. High Step Challenge w/u & cardio only twice, HSTA cardio, Boot camp cardio, then a great lower mish mosh of Boot Camp lower, ME leg press premix, Kick Max leg drills, & GS floor legs.

Today I think I am taking a rest day. We still have company and my grandaughter has a soccer game this morning. I still haven't got back, shoulders & biceps in again this week. I may fit it in later or tomorrow.

Susan, my dh will be gone for a year. I will get to see him a couple of times while he is gone and we should be able to talk online.

Nicole, thanks for your thoughts about dh leaving. Nicole, I will get back to you with a rotation that I think might work when I have a little more time to spend on it. Also thanks for your introduction, it is nice to have an idea of who you are talking to.

Well I ended up taking my rest day yesterday!! My body told me to. So today I will be doing GS legs.

Kim thanks for starting this thread. Gosh I have not done ck in a LONG time!!Makes me ALMOST what to get it out? LOL.... Hope you enjoy yout new dvds! I LOVE getting new dvds it's almost like christmas when they come.

Mary sorry to hear you are sick!! I hate getting sick!! Load up on vit. C and get plenty of rest!! Hope you get well quick!:)

Diane Sue thank you!!:) I'm happy you liked my intro. I remember you when you were is colege video catalog. (Gosh when was that?) Anyways I thought it would be nice to share. I know this year is going to be tough on you and your dh. You will be in my thoughts and prayers. Thank goodness you have those darling grandchildren of yours to keep you busy,and I'm am sure you will have plenty of funny stories to tell your dh about the goings on that makes him feel almost like he's there.

Hi everyone,

I'm taking today as a rest day. I haven't had one since the 11th. This morning I did some jobs at our church and now I'll work around my own house.

Kim, let us know how much you like CK? I'll check back later tonight in case you report!

Mary, I agree with Nicole..lots and lots and lots of Vit. C (as long as you don’t have a sensitive stomach). Sorry you're sick, bummer!

Diane Sue, It's great you can communicate with your husband while he is gone. One year is a long time, but it'll go quick.

Nicole, I love using the band in GSL.

Hi everyone!

Today I did High Step Challenge+KM kick/punch drills. I did extra long workouts yesterday and today, because I want to take tomorrow off.

Diane Sue--Oh a year seems like such a long time to be parted and from what I remember from your posts, you and your husband have a close marraige. I could not imagine being gone from my husband for a whole year. I will keep you in my prayers!

Hi Susan ~

I really liked CK. I liked the pace and the intensity gives me something to work up to. I can't help but look at Cathe in her early videos and marvel how much more fit and YOUNGER she looks in the Intensity and Hardcore series...another huge motivator to keep on keepin' on!

Diane Sue ~ I will keep your family in my thoughts and prayers.

Mary ~ Take care of yourself...I hope you don't have strep.

Nicole ~ Let us know how your legs are feelin' tomorrow and/or Monday after GS Legs.

Susan ~ I WAS going to do HSC today but I been going hard and heavy on this rotation and opted to give the bones and muscles a rest from the weights so I did CK instead.
