Hardcore Rotation Check In - Sunday March 27

Happy Easter everyone,
I did High Step Challenge this morning and it was challenging after having a rest day yesterday. I did all of the high impact on the floor (not the rebounder) and it was extremely difficult for me, but I did it. I soaked in the tub afterwards.

I'm debating taking a Recovery Week this week versus another week of the FLR. I have the new FitPrime DVDs I can do for my recovery week (just got them), but I'm going to Vegas in a few weeks and that will be a total recovery week, as I just walk on vacation. It will be a 5-6 day break with just walking and streching. What are your opinions? Do a week of FitPrime or soldier on with Cathe until vacation?

Breakfast was shredded wheats and I'll have yogurt in a few minutes here. Lunch will be homemade pizza (by Mom - lowfat). I'll have almonds and fruit for snacks.

Good Morning Ladies . Today is a rest day for me ... New rotation on Monday still have yet to decide which one though x( .It will be hard to Not workout today .But I must take that rest LOL .Have a great Easter everyone .

Today is my REST day also. (Thank GOD!!:D ) I feel my body really needs it. Last night went took the kids roller skating and then I came home and tried to do HCX #2 I got through 40minutes of the workout and decided to call it quits.

Mon. I plan on starting the hardcore strength rotation. I kinda excited to be starting something different.

Hi Ladies,

I did a 5 mile run and HSC today. I had a good workout. The more I do HSC the more I seem to like it. I am going to do a Muscle Endurance rotation this week. I will see what Cathe posts for the April Rotation.

Hi everyone,
I had planned a two day rest, but went to the lake with my husband for a brisk walk run for two miles. Tomorrow I think I am going to change up my gym style rotation a little since I have been doing this for 6 weeks. I want to get the upper body twice with these instead of the one day of MM upper I have been doing. I am still undecided on lower MM as my second lower weight workout. Have a Happy Easter.

Happy Easter Everyone,

I did Imax 3 today and abs on the stability ball. Starting new rotation tomorrow, I still focusing on fat loss. The mix of cardio with circuit training has work well for in the past, I will give see how it works this time.

Yesterday and today were Off days. Not planned, just happened. We've been hit with some instances these last few months and the bills are large which stresses me out too much to "award" myself with a w/o ~ if that makes sense. I know it's not all in MY hands and we'll be ok. I'll be back on track tomorrow.

Lorajc & Bev: HSC is quite challenging.
Beverly: I don't know how you do these workouts AND run! Incredible! I'm going to continue w/ the Muscle Endurance rotation, weeks 3 & 4. Are you in?
Lorajc: You sound like one hardworking lady! Your new FitPrime DVDs might be a nice reprieve before Vegas. Then again, after a week of "total" recovery in Vegas, the FitPrime might be a nice transition before "soldiering" on with Cathe! Tough call...
