Hardcore Rotation Check-in for Friday March 11

Morning Everyone,
Fatloss rotation here! Just did Low Max - premix 4-7 with an additional blast or so added and then 20 minute stretchmax with band. Love that one, especially the C-Curve stretch....feels soooo good. If my legs don't start to lean out from doing LowMax, I don't think tney ever will. It's a good leg burn workout.

I'm eating fat free yogurt right now and shredded wheats. Lunch will be Taco Bell today. Meximelt (minus the meat - I'm vegetarian), and spanish rice with yogurt for dessert. Dinner will be grilled cheese (low fat swiss cheese & no butter) with tomato soup. Dessert will be a fudge bar (sugar free from DQ). Snacks will be granola bar, pear and apple and of course my 3 caramel creams for my afternoon binge. I deviated a bit from my diet yesterday and had a cup of hot chocolate at work to warm up. I also had a serving of tortilla chips (not low fat) and a few animal crackers. I was hungie (PMS).

By the Way....hope I didn't confuse everyone with the new avatar but I got some complaints on my flashing ones from another thread. I was bummed, cuz I liked it. Oh well...the stars and moon are serene, I guess.
 
I like the new avatar image, lorajc. For the fat loss rotation, I'm supposed to do a 30 min. run but it's too cold here for that so I'm going to do the hi/lo segment from MIC, followed by core max 1 & 3 and Stretch max 3.

B oatmeal with raisins and flax seed
s protein shake
L burrito with high fiber wheat tortilla, fat free refried black beans and salsa
s nectarine and 1/2 c. fat free cottage cheese
D steamed asparagus, wax beans, baked red potato with fresh herbs and dilled sour cream

ME rotation here, with some deviations. Today was GS Legs ( Ouch ), and Coremax 1.
Tomorrow I am going to do a combo weights and cardio since I don't have HCE.
Sunday will be Kickmax.

Hi all-
lorjac, that was the first thing I noticed ~ the new avatar. I liked it too, my eyes were kind of drawn to it. It was tattoos, right?
If there's not a complaint about one thing its another, I swear.

Anyway, my legs are beat. I did heavy legs Wed. then IMAX1 yesterday. I will do my 30 minute run and abs today though.

We just got broadband and have had problems with the hook up, so I'm waiting for the technician to come and fix it first. Hopefully he'll get here soon.

My parents are coming to stay for the weekend, a very good friend past away and the funeral is tomorrow. So, I'll be cleaning and picking up today.

I just went back to read yesteday's Check-In. WD/Diane Sue, about how long did your w/o take? Do you go back to back w/o's or split them up?

p.s. sometimes my husband calles me "Cathe-Sue" I think of that when I see your name.

Still doing the Fat loss rotation:D ( end of WEEK 2) Today I am suppose to run for 30 min. but I am going to do one of my BSS3 cardio's and then do a segment of coremax and a segment #3 of stretchmax (Haven't done that on yet)

I am getting excited about doing different dvds for week 3&4. The only dvd I have not done yet is Hardcore Extreme........ Yippy I get to work those in next week.

Good morning, I did a 3 mile walk this am .should be a 30 minute run but I did walk . Anyhow core max and stretch max later today . 2"down on my waist ,but all the same everywhere eles !!!! yippee :) :) :) :)
 
Hi Everyone,

I did Kickmax this morning and I am going to do section 3 of coremax.
I have some errands to run before the snow comesx. I don't think I can take much more of this cold and snow.

I did KPC instead of running and pilates for abs. I feel great looking forward to MM tomorrow.

Breakfast was Steel cut oatmeal with mixed berries.
Soy milk.

I did lowMax this morning - boy my legs are really feeling it! I agree with you Lorajc - if these workouts don't help my legs I feel like nothing will.

Going to do MM tomorrow, and hopefully throw in some stretching and the dreaded core work somewhere.

my eating was good yesterday - of course the scale says I gained 1.5 lb since yesterday. I swear those things are totally useless! I am trying to keep my intake at a minimum today, since Friday night is special dinner night with hubby - I am cooking a deluxe dinner and we always drink a fine bottle of wine after getting the kids to bed early (they just get mac and cheese tonight!)

Looks like everyone is doing very well. Do you feel like you are moving toward your goals? I am, but slowly. However slow progress is typical for me.

Tracy--my weight often fluctuates a few pounds from day to day. I keep this in mind when I stand on it, but psychologically, it is hard when its up and my mood is improved when its down. Silly, I know, but there it is!

Today I did HCX #2, and it was slightly (slightly, that is) easier than the first time I did it last week. I'm thinking I ate a better breakfast and had more energy this time.

Susan--I am also sorry for your loss.

I feel like it's going to take me longer than 1 month to reach my goal. I really need to get these legs toned up and flatten my lower abs. I tend to carry all of my weight in my legs, butt, lower stomach and thighs and actually only need to lose about 5-7 pounds, but that's hard, especially when you've been religiously working out steady for as many years as I have (17 at least). I don't mean to sound negative....just realistic. These darn legs of mine. Will they ever look like I want or am I genetically challenged with my bubble butt, etc.

I did HCX minus the stretch66 min., MMlower no w/up or st 14 min.,gs calves & floor 28 min.,stretch max ball 19min. Total time was 2hr.7min. I did the whole thing back to back in that order. "CatheSue" that's cute:)

Good afternoon,
This morning I did Kick Max w/u and low impact,& low max cardio only #4-#7,MM upper premix and abs,coremax tough core and MM st..
Went out for dinner twice this week and ended up with grilled chicken salads and lowfat dressing this time. I have been doing pretty well on eating clean this week. Sunday though we are having another birthday party here so I am baking cake and we are ordering pizza. Not sure how that will go. I am thinking I can get salad.
Susan I am sorry to hear of your loss. Nicole I bet you will really enjoy the HC X dvd. There are some tough workouts there. I am always extra hungry after I finish so I guess I must have burned a lot of calories. I am having a little hard time sticking with HC only for my cardio. I keep moving things around and doing portions of them. I think I may have to incorporate something else some. I have been doing this for a month now. Twice I have added on some other workouts.

been a few days since I've checked in...but little stressful around here! I'm doing rotation #1 and I've had to modify a bit this week. We adopted a puppy very suddenly on Monday evening and boy did that turn my plans alittle upside down! I'm also planning/cooking for/stressing about my son's/my MIL's surprise party (his 2nd, her 50th) and I've gotten a 5 mile run, GS Legs, Core Max #2 and GS BSB so far this week...next week will be better...and I definitely need to clean up my diet...but boy can I feel the change in my legs!

Yesterday I did a 3 mile run and Kick Max. This morning was a 6 mile run and segment 2 of Core Max and then shopped all day..

hi all!
checking in rather late...but, oh, well, better late than never, right??

today's workout: I'm a day behind since I was sick and rested yesterday. I did lowmax today! woohoo!!! i did all the step combos first and then added the blasts at the end. Man, my legs were hurting.

I agree w/ lorajc...if this rotation doesn't do SOMETHING for my legs, nothing ever will!!!
