Hardcore Rotation Check-in 3/6/05

Morning everyone,

I'm doing the fatloss rotation. Today was supposed to be a run and since I don't run, I did Imax 2 Blast Mania on my rebounder and then Tough Core Premix & Stretch Max with the band. Wow....Tough core was killer. I haven't seen anyone else mention those Core workouts (ouch). Blast mania was pretty killer also. I did 15 minutes of AM Kundalini Yoga also. Tomorow's Imax 3 for me.

I have only had yogurt to eat so far, but I'll have shredded wheats in a bit and dinner will probably be veggie fajita wraps with black beans.

Good Morning,
Today is my day of rest. I'm glad that these are built into our rotations. I use to feel guilty if I took a day off. Now I know that I deserve one. Its sunny and going to be 70 degrees here in the Midwest. Spring fever will be setting in for sure.

Good morning ladies , This AM I did Muscle Max , with my new Barebells !!! Hard hard hard ,but fun fun fun ... Ate clean all week !!! Feeling good ! Have great days everyone !!:) :) :)

Today will be the two GS upper body workouts and 40 minutes on the stair stepper. I'm starting to feel sick (Kick Max took two hours yesterday because I was so congested!) so if I need to stop early, I will.

Breakfast was oatmeal and toast with 1 tsp peanut butter.

today's workout: rest! yeah..doing cathe' Fatloss rotation and it calls for stretch or rest. so, I'm resting! hahaha..

always nice to get new equipment...makes the workouts something to look forward to..mixes things up a bit! yeah for you!!

don't know for the rest of the day..kinda my cheat day..eat what I want for lunch and that pretty much fills me up for the day...I've been doing REALLY well on my eating and I'm feeling skinny! LOL...I wish!

Hi everyone

Today was MM (FLR) - I really love this workout and time seems to fly by.

Sticking to this week again so it's Imax3 for me at 5:30am tomorrow - I must say I'm not looking forward to it at that time in the morning...hoping I'll have the energy x(

Managed to avoid the temptation of wine over the weekend so I've got my fingers crossed for weight loss this week ?!

Will let you all know how I got on with Imax3 tomorrow.

Celina and Glogal this is my rest day as well. I used to never take one. Now sometimes I take two. The body does need time to repair and there are so many other things to do. I may get in our hot tub for some relaxation on the muscles and then just enjoy my day;-)

Today is going to be an unexpected day offx( . I just got back from church and have a message family is coming to vist in a few hours. I've got to clean the house and plan a dinner.

lorajc, I mentioned CM tough premix the last couple of days... anyway, I agree it is "tough". Then doing core section in MM the next day was killer.

Hi everyone!

Hope everyone is having a good weekend. Someone mentioned Spring weather. Spring has come early to Oregon this year and I got my workout done early because I had to stay home from church with sick kiddos, so I am hoping to enjoy some of it. Even my sick little guys will probably enjoy sitting in the sun on the porch swing.

Today I did GS Chest and Triceps and KM--WU and kick/punch drills only.

I've been eating well and watching my portion sizes, but today I am going to have a piece of chocolate torte that my son made and I am going to eat it with NO GUILT}( :9 .

I did MM today also.... I agree Andrea that this workout seems to fly by.

My eating has been really out of control the past few days...it seems like whenever I get serious and disciplined about my workouts, my eating increases. I have got to find some way to find a balance.

Not sure what I am going to do tomorrow, I might skip to week 3 of FLR, then go back and repeat this past week - I don't want to do the same workouts two weeks in a row.

supposed to be a rest day (doing the muscle building rotation) but I couldn't help but go for a 3 mile run as the weather was GORGEOUS!!! also had to kinda clean up the workouts that I didn't get all the exercises done earlier in the week, so it was kinda a little total body workout!!!
