Hardcore Premix Update 9/20/04

Hi Cathe,

I am grateful for the premix option!

Could you please note the time of every premix? This would really help when I am planning my workouts.

Hi Cathe,

Thanks so much for including the premixes. As you can see by the number of posts-the premixes allow us to customize each workout to fit our schedules. They are wonderful.

Thanks again,

Diana

Thank you cathe. Yupppppi.I love the step premix of cardio and weights, the premixes upper and lower body in your weight dvd, the premixes that mix workouts. The premix with BB and SJP cardio(90 minutes ) is awesome as the premix of SJP step and hi/low(45 minutes).Thank you you have given a good new to start my week in my work.:) :)

Cathe,
I would love to see a Timesaver total body workout premix.
There are time's that I do not have time to do a
60 minute total body workout but need a total body work out so something short and intense would be nice.
Thank you Tonya

Hi Cathe

I like the option of doing longer workouts like in the premix section of SB/SJP - combining 2 workouts together?

On the other hand, as a rule, I only have around 1hr MAX in the week to workout so this length of premix would be really handy too (unless the workouts themselves are this long).

Also, on the premix sections, could you put timimgs next to the workouts as you've done in the BB workouts - I find this a real help - and find it quite frustrating when doing the IS workouts as this info isn't available.

Can't wait to receive the new workouts!

Thanks and good luck,

Andrea

Oh, okay! Thanks for the clarification, Cathe!! It was the prefix "post" that threw me off!! LOL!! Guess I don't know the industry-specific lingo all that well!!

Thanks also to you, Amy!!

Cathe,
This is GREAT news! I get so much use from the premixes and the premixes is ONE of the many things that set you WAY apart from the rest! My vote would be to include the same number and type of premixes you used for the I-Series. I also LOVED the music louder option from the BB series. Thanks so much for listening and I will be happy no matter what you decide!

Cathe
Thank you for adding the premix option to the new series!

My suggestion,(since you so kindly asked) is to have premixes with intense cardio segments that are shorter for days where time is an issue. Also, including the length of time for each premix is especially helpful.

The creativity of the premixes from the BB series has been very useful, so whatever you come up with along those lines will be greatly appreciated.

You just made my day, Cathe! As always, thank you for listening to our requests.

Premixes I would like to see:

- Core Only
- Total Body Workouts
- Shorter Cardios
- Combination Cardios (e.g., Imax3 + Kickmax)
- Upper Body Only
- Lower Body Only

Thanks so much!:)

Thank you! Thank you! Love those premixes!!

I would also love to see a premix for IMAX3 with just the regular step combos (without the blasts).

Thanks again!

yea Cathe! I'm so happy about the premix decision. I would like to see step only for imax 3 :) I can't wait!!!! Thanks!!!! -Tina :)

RE: Shorter premixes

Love your premixes Cathe. I also like shorter premixes. Being a mom of 2 little ones, I don't often have 60 + minutes to do a workout. So I really like the premixes that are 40-55 minutes long. I really like a shorter version of the original workout for those busy days.

I agree, having the premix time is a huge help. Sometimes I only have 40 min. and I choose my premix based on that time slot.

Guten Tag Cathe!

Because these are going to be the first workout DVDs I am going to buy, I just wanna get surprised. :)
I can't wait!!!!!!

Have a wonderful day
Kristine :)

One more vote for shorter workout options. I usually only have 60 minutes in my day to workout and sometimes even less so shorter workouts are great. I amslo lov eit when you do upper body, lower body and core sections. Thanks for keeping us updated:D

Thanks so much for the premix options!!!!

The only thing that I would add in addition to what others have said about shorter combinations for weekdays is that I like when you do premixes where the order of the workout is changed. For example, recently I have been enjoying the KPC premixes where the kicking and punching combinations are placed before the intermediate section of the workout. I think it's a nice change of pace to put things in a different order, and it was good because I did not have time for more than 60 minutes.

Just one of many suggestions!!!

Thanks again.........and I will enjoy it no matter what!!!!!!!!!
