Wake up, you lazy heads :D

My legs feel shredded right now. OUCH. They were already a bit tender from the workout the night before, then last night, I did CCPP. I biked the warm up and steady 1, ran challenge 1, biked steady 2 and challenge 2, ran challenge 3, biked steady 3 and challenge 4, ran challenge 5 and biked the rest of the cool down (stopping just before it was over - there were only a couple of minutes left but I was DONE and sometimes that song bores me). Calorie burn was 711, MAX HR was 181, AVG HR was 160, time was 1:05:55. I ran 2.61 miles and biked 8.5. For the additional challenge, I swam 2X350 meters, splitting it half before and half after.

Diane Sue - Hope the move goes smoothly. That is a workout in and of itself.

Linda - drink your electrolytes. It should help everything level off.

Happy FRIDAY and 4th of JULY tomorrow!!

Patti - I forgot to tell you that last night, I emailed Nancy and turned my spot down :( Going to put that money toward my bike. I just felt more excited about the new bike than I did about the RT but I am completely bummed to not get to meet you!!

I'm up! I'm up!!!! :D

Today I did the total body premix of Drill Max. I've never ever done this workout before, in fact, I don't even think I've viewed it. It was a lot of fun. More functional then weight lifting, which is good for what I'm doing right now. My highest weight was 10# dumbbells. LMAO!! Big change there. I was sweating like crazy, she goes from one exercise to another and most of them are two exercises together. Very fun, I really enjoyed it. I wish I would have worn my HRM, I'm sure I burned quite a few calories with this one.

I feel lighter this week, I hope the scale shows me lighter tomorrow too.

I'm awake! Small boy busted in our room at 6:30. Ugh. I am going to have to double gate his little butt in his room. :D I did LIS/HIS from 4DS and finally got that third combo in HIS today. Woo hoo! That felt good.

Shana: Bummer but I totally get why you are turning it down. I'm really excited to go and WO with Cathe and meet a few folks from here. Oh well, maybe next year.

Hi Debbie! I already talked to you in the Crazy Strong thread, lol. :)

Forgot...

Linda: I hope you feel better finally. What a drag. I'm sure you did lose weight, though. It's the ONLY bonus. :)

Diane Sue: We miss you- hope things continue to move smoothly and you're feeling settled soon.

My new theory is screw the scale, at least for a while. It was making me crazy and I know if I'm eating well or not. And I know generally how much my portions should be. So I'm not measuring but eyeballing for now and not weighing. And I feel good. Next week I will likely have a new plan but that's not surprising.

Good Morning Maniacs!!!

Yesterday I did Imax 2 and today is Legs/Shoulders/Abs. My son is mowing for me, but I still have laundry and such to attend to. We are getting ready for our vacation starting on Sunday..Busch Gardens and Virginia Beach so I will be away for a bit.

Patti,

The scale is making me crazy too, but the numbers are looking better for me, but soooooooooooooo slowly.

Debbie,

Isn't that a long workout? Last time I did it seemed like 90 mins or something.

Shana,

BTW, your legs are looking like you are smokin' them from your beach pictures! Keep it up!!

Patti - You should try DM total body premix, it is fun! Cathe is amazing at how she puts her exercises together. She definitely is the master.

Char - It's 52 minutes long. You are thinking of the 4DS total body premix. That one is very long. Have a great vacation girl!!!

Shana,

Thanks, Girl!! They are definitely being worked. Have fun on your vacation.

Debbie - DM was one of the first workouts I did with Cathe and I loved it, but man, it does make you work! I need to pull that one out.

Hello! yesterday was Pyramid Lower Body and today I went to yoga class. Yoga class was lots of fun and work, as always. Hope everyone has a great holiday weekend. I'll be leaving to go spend the weekend with my bf soon. His family goes to this fourth of july thing tonight, on the third of july, so that will be our holiday festivities.

I did an 1:40 minutes of Weed?Mulch Max then off to the beach for the day. Just arrived home to shower and change and now off to a cookout!

I hate the scale!!!! Put my swimsuit on and went to the beach anyway!:p

No wokrout yet, I have the day "off" but got called in at 11 and have not stopped running around. I am very grouchy and I don't know if I will do anything today or not...I may just shoot for tomorrow.

Debbie-I just did DM for the first time earlier this week, it really kicked my butt but in a good way.

Shana-where do you get the cardio coach programs everyone talks about? Are they worth it?

TTYL-
theresa
