Yesterday I just did CDorner morning mobility for 12 minutes to move, because my back and neck were starting to bother me, probably from shifting positions to get comfortable all night. I have been watching costochondritis videos on youtube. Only watch reliable sources and check for background. I caved this morning and ordered this device that will be good also for thoracic spine, posture and back.

I was watching Bob and Brad and they recommended this and gave a link to the founder of the item. I did lie on my foam roller for a bit yesterday. I put the order in this morning, and it should be here today. It is rather expensive, but I am ready to try anything. We went to do early voting yesterday but came home and decided to wait till Tuesday. The tech center was packed and people lined up to the back of the parking lot. I really was not ready to stand there for hours. It was for the whole county so makes sense that it was so busy. That was just day one.
I should hear back on the x-rays soon. My doctor said it would take a few days. I think the last time on the knee it was 3 days.
Debbie, nice work on STS 2 Biceps yesterday. I have been pretty sure symptoms were costochondritis. I have watched many videos and read stuff on symptoms on medical sites. I just wanted to be sure, particularly after the arthritis doctor suggested inflamed pleura. Plus this has been off and on again for about 5 years. It just has gotten worse and stays longer. Does not take much to trigger it.
Belinda, nice job on SBF Core plus JS Fusion Core with the small ball. I do like that type of work. I am thinking of doing some barre work for legs. I can probably handle that.
I know you will be glad to have your vision back. They told me I have some cataracts forming, but the last visit I can still see 20/20 with my glasses. Years ago I had a two step laser procedure, but eyes still age. Now I wear glasses. Yes, I cough a lot and really hard which I am sure does not help at all. No doctors have been able to help that either. Meds do not work. It is sad that we have to lighten up our workouts, but we can still do stuff that keeps us healthy and strong. I think I may need stronger meds to slow the RA down. All the inflammation just deteriorates the bones along with the osteoarthritis.
Roxie, good job getting out for a walk before the rain. We had a much needed down pour last night. This has been a warm very dry October here.
Roselyn, nice work on STS 2 Triceps.
