Hardcore Fitness Maniacs October 2025!

Evening,

I did pilates with the ball. This one was tough. I thought I was doing a little Cathe boot camp, lol. My hips and back are liking Pilates.

Diane - Yeah, her Pilates is very expensive. I am sure her OnDemand is great, not for that price. I learned most of the Pilates online are so expensive. My DD goes to in person Pilates, they charging an arm and a leg, lol. It’s getting so cold here too.

Jolie - glad your mom is doing better. Taking a break from lifting is good for your body.
Good night.

Roselyn- great job.

Debbie - nice job on your back and biceps.

Good night.

This morning I had a great workout. I did RAW Kickbox NRG. This is such a fun workout and the music is great. I love all the moves in this one. I added on RAW Ab Finisher, I like this workout as well.

Total workout was 48 minutes, burned 397 calories, did 4247 steps and HR was 140/177.

Belinda - Nice job with your Pilates workout yesterday. If you are comparing it to Cathe's bootcamp, I say YIKES!!!! LOL!

Jolie - Glad your mom is doing better. I'm sure that is a relief to you! Great job with your workouts. That Max Trainer is a killer and I was shocked that I was able to do 30-40 minute Cardio Coach workouts on it. Actually, those workouts work better with the MT than they do with the treadmill. And honestly, I haven't gone all out on the thing. I do the inclines until my legs burn and then I go down a bit. The sprints are fun to do but again, I'm not killing myself on it. Makes it more enjoyable and doable for me. I'm loving it.

Diane - Hope you are doing ok, you haven't posted for a few day.

Roselyn & Roxie - Hope you girls are doing well!

Have a great day everyone!!

Tuesday was no workout. I went to my monthly ladies game day group. Wednesday I did CDorner Old School Aerobics low or high impact, 33 minutes, 209 calories, heart rate 130/165, 3,388 steps. I followed that with Jassica Valent Physical Therapy for knee pain and neck pain relief, and a Pilates routine for back pain38 minutes, 38 minutes.
Today I did CDorner Upper Body Sculpt, toned arms, 54 minutes, 221 calories. I finished with Jessica Kyphosis exercises using a band, 10 minutes. I am feeling the upper sculpt tonight. I need to head to bed, it is 1 am and I just got done doing housecleaning. It seems like things have been really time consuming lately.

Belinda, I am glad the pilates is helping your hips and back. Pilates on the ball sounds like it would be an interesting workout. I do not think I will keep using Jessica Valent. The advertising breaks are ridiculous. Even the 10 minute one was interrupted with ads. I just went on to the opposite side and forwarded to the next segment. It wastes my time.

Debbie, nice work on Raw Kickbox energy and Raw ab finisher.

Jolie, good job getting back to your weight workouts.

Today I did RAW 1 Body Part - Shoulders and had a great workout. Now this is a better workout than the Strength ones I did earlier this week. I should have just done the 1 body part workouts.

4 sets/8 reps
Upright Row: 15's
Overhead Press: 12's
Lateral Raise: 10's
Bent Over Lateral Raise: 10's
Front Raise: 10's
Each exercise done one right after the other. She repeats this for 4 total sets.

Finisher: All exercises in a row using 8's

Then I got on my treadmill for 1.05 miles. Total workout time was 43 minutes, burned 290 calories and HR was 124/155.

Diane - Great job with your workout yesterday. I don't know how you stay up so late. I can't do that even if it's the weekend and I get to sleep in. Yikes!!

Have a great day and weekend everyone!

Hi,

Went for a short walk and did mat Pilates. Thank goodness the Pilates was short. Didn‘t sleep well.

Diane - I hear you on the ads on YT. That‘s why I stream. The instructor can put all the ads before a workout. I know some do it for the reasons you mention. Streaming also take the guess work out of what to do each day. I honestly enjoy the Pilates more than I thought I would. Like I said, it‘s doing wonders for my hips and core.

Debbie and Roselyn-Good job on your workouts.

Good night.

Today I started with CDorner Step and stopped because my dog kept getting in the way around 17 minutes in so I changed to her Kickboxing Tabata Cardio, total cardio time was 48 minutes, 290 calories. I followed with LMR functional pilates timesaver #2, 23 minutes, 53 calories. Total time 71 minutes, 343 calories.

Debbie, nice work on Raw 1 Body Part Shoulders and treadmill.

Roselyn, nice work on Triceps.

Belinda, good job on the walk and mat pilates workout. Chris has occasional ads in her workouts, but a lot do not have any. She has online paid workouts now.

Hi,

I did 30 min pilates OnDemand. I like she puts together a weekly schedule, they work your entire body. I also went for a nice walk.

I am already planning my winter wardrobe Europe capsule. We booked a few very nice ,modern places in Garmish Partenkirchen with a washer. I always overpack when I travel to Germany.

Diane - I do believe the more successful people are on YT, eventually they are trying an online paid subscription. Which is understandable, they need to pay their bills. Your silly dog! He wanted to play with you. Great job on your workout.

good night

I went to visit my parents yesterday and my mom was not doing well. I did get her up and moving around and got her to eat, she only weighs a 100 pounds! I am so scared because she turns 90 in December and not having much strength at this age is scary. Anyway, I am back at working out today and I had a great workout! I did P90X Back and Biceps and loved it. I also put some leg exercises on the end of the workout because of all the sitting I did yesterday in the car. The past few days I have done a lot of walking through the hills with the pup.

Tuesday, I have my dental implant surgery, cross your fingers it goes well this time. Not a lot of workouts planned for next week per doctor, I have to baby this implant this time around.

Great job on the workouts everyone, I feel so out of touch with what is going on in this thread since my mom's accident. I am looking forward to exercising regularly after this surgery.

Have a great Sunday.

Yesterday I did CDorner Old School Cardio 30 minutes, 196 calories, heart rate 135/157. I also did some chair yoga and PT moves for 33 minutes, 71 calories. Today was a rest day and family barbecue. We are going to have another great grandbaby, so now one is coming around the end of December and the other May. That will be 3!! I think I feel old.

Belinda, nice work on the Pilates on Demand yesterday and today's walk, Belly Dance Halloween, along with zoom pilates. Having a workout plan set is nice. I am trying to decide on an outfit for a family portrait my daughter has set up in a park. She wants fall colors. I always take too much with me when we travel. Then I end up buying extra things so trying to stuff it all back in luggage is a problem.

Jolie, 100 pounds is not good on someone older. I hope your mother will be okay. Good job on the P90X Back and Biceps and getting the dogs out walking.

Roxie, that was nice of Kelly to set you up a special rotation for hip mobility. Why did they change the name of Beachbody?
