Wow, had a great workout this morning. I got on my Max Trainer and did Cardio Coach #3. This one has 2 - 3 minute hill climbs which I did on 4-6 level incline, then it had 6 - 30 second sprints with 30 seconds rest and the last challenge was 4 - 10 second sprints with 30 seconds rest. Killer. My legs were screaming. I'm starting to crank it up a bit now that I'm getting used to the MT again.
Workout was 42 minutes, burned 309 calories, went 2352 steps and HR was 127/164.
Yesterday I did RAW 1 Body Part - Chest and had a great workout.
4 sets of 10 reps and is in circuit fashion. I did 3 sets and that was enough plus time ran out.
Incline Flies: 15's
Flat Connected Press: 20's
Flat Bench Press: 20's
Did 3 sets/10 reps
Killer!!
Then I got on my treadmill and walked 1 miles. Total workout time was 49 minutes, burned 321 calories, did 2936 steps and HR was 122/151.
I also got a total of 14,000 steps yesterday from all the walking I did at our Pathways to Careers event. I was dying by the end of the day.
Jolie - Did you know the Max Trainer can walk backwards? I had to get off for a minute to turn the fan on me and when I got back on the peddles started going backwards. It was weird. I had to stop and then start again with the other foot. LOL!
Roxie - Great job with your workout!! I'll have to check that one out. Is it a lifting workout?

Belinda - So glad your laser surgery went will. Fingers crossed everything is a lot better than before.
