Shanna...Congrats on the new car...how exciting! I thought about getting a new one. I have had my Escalade for 7 years now, its still in great condition and I love it...but I love NOT having a car payment more!
Patti...Is the Taco Soup recipe a Paula Deen? We make a taco soup that is identical and it is sooooooo good!
Diane Sue...I think I will be getting Muscle Chow. Recipes sound good! Funny you said they were easy to make becuase it was designed for men!
Meals for today... (today is my high carb day)
M1: 1/2 cup oatmeal w/prt.pwdr, falxseed and bluberries, 1/2 wg bagel
M2: protein drink, banana, almonds
M3: 1/2 turkey sandwhich w/red.fat cheese, tomato and lettuce, w/g sunchips, grapes
M4: Adtkins Advantage bar
M5: Fish and veggies or salad
We are going to dinner tonight at my fave Greek restaraunt and they have the best hummus! Today is my cheat item day so I will also be enjoying a glass of wine!....or 2
Back to the workout routine tomorrow!
