Today I did Cardio Coach #1 and had a good workout. I'm glad my knees are better, they don't really bother me much anymore. Yay!!!
Workout was 37 minutes, ran 2.25 miles and burned about 320 calories.
We got a ton of snow yesterday and today. It's been a pretty decent winter until now.
