Hardcore Fitness Maniacs for month of February

Today I did Ripped with Hiit workout #1, 29 minutes followed by Turbo Fire Low Impact Hiit 20, 19 minutes. I then did Core Power Yoga Calorie Blast, Ready to Sweat Segment, 20 minutes. Total time 68 minutes, calories burned 332 calories.
 
Today was Party Rockin Step #1, 54 minutes, 338 calories. I then did Kelly Coffey's Muscle Up Workout 2, legs and arms, and added the bonus tabata abs, 43 minutes, 219 calories. Total time 97 minutes and calories burned 557. Making birthday cakes for a double family celebration tomorrow :D
