Hello Ladies!
This morning I did Cardio Kickbox Plus Heavy Weights Legs and Core. I was hoping to have enough time to do extra cardio. But since it was my first time through I spent extra time setting up my weights, writing down what I was using, getting out my ankle weights (I didn't know I needed them since I never preview first - the price I pay), running upstairs to sharpen my pencil
and all that stuff. My workout ended up being an hour and 22 minutes so I didn't have any time really to do extra cardio. Darn! I could have squeezed in 10 minutes, but oh well. I'll be more prepared next time. I'm pretty sure my legs will be sore tomorrow. Yay!!!
I'm feeling better today. I went to bed early and so I felt like I had more energy when I woke up. I think I'm finally on the mend. I finished my antibiotics this morning - the ones that didn't work. But I was afraid to quit taking them just in case.
No more slacking on the workouts. I'm a little low on the scale the last couple of days but I think that's b/c I've been over cautious since my workouts have been lacking. So hopefully I can have some balance again. Let's hope so since I see my neurologist Friday. Don't wanna have a fight.
Maybe he's getting used to my new frame.
Lora - I'm sorry you have to work on Thanksgiving. My sister has to work that morning if it makes you feel any better.
I hope you get a job you like soon.
Storm - What's up with your back woman??? I buy my ground turkey at Sam's Club.
Diane Sue - What a great workout!
Dallys - My poor outdoor road bike misses me. I hope you get to ride outside. I posted a picture of that top on Saturday's check-in if you want to see it.
Meg - And your back too? My goodness!!! What are we going to do with you two???
Well, back to work. Lots to do, as usual.
Makes the day go fast.
Suz
