Hardcore Fitness Maniacs for March

I went and counted the nutrition pages and advertisement pages in my book and I come up with 92 pages. It sounds like they cut out all of the other stuff but nutrition and recipes that have probably been edited. Too bad, I like the other information in there. I guess they were trying to save money.
 
Today I did Chalean Extreme Burn Circuit 2, 37 minutes, 152 calories. This was legs, biceps, triceps, and back. I forgot how hard these are to keep good form doing lower and upper at the same time. There is legs in all 3 workouts and they are making my neck and shoulder hurt. I am not sure that I will do the one planned for Friday. It seems to be lots of shoulder work. Monday hit delts a lot. The I am doing rows and stuff today. I followed this with Chalean Extreme Abs, 16 minutes, 57 calories. I finished with Chalean Extreme Dynamic Flow Yoga from the accelerated circuit set, 38 minutes, 101 calories. This was shoulder intensive too as you use weighted gloves and do arm pulses. I always get the Extreme Abs confused with the Extreme Abs Circuit from the accelerated workout. Anyway, the workout was 91 minutes and calories burned 309.
 
Today I did Run Fit and had an excellent workout. Love this workout. I am still so sore from the leg workout I did this week, it was really hard to run that long. I really need to do a stretch workout and may do that tonight.

Workout was 52 minutes, ran 3.25 miles and burned 405 calories. Went 6900 steps.
 
This morning I did Hard Strikes, 47 minutes, 352. I wanted to do the heavy bag tabatas too but, we were headed out for a fund raiser and there was not enough time. My triceps and the fronts of my shoulders are sore from yesterday's workout anyway. Probably just as well. It is not a bad sore though. Just that tenderness.

Debbie, a stretch workout would probably do you good. I could use one myself. I try to get them in often.
 
Today I did Body Beast - Build: Shoulders. Wow, that was a great workout. I loved the combo's and exercises in this one. I did skip the trap work, though, that tends to irritate my upper back. Love it!!! I also got on my treadmill and walked a 1.25 miles.

Diane Sue - Never did get that stretch in. I need to do that.

Roselyn - Aren't theseworkouts great? I can't believe it took me so long to get them.
 
Today I did Great Glutes. My heart rate monitor stopped half way in so I gave up on using it.
 
This morning I did All Out Low Impact Hiit with Core#1, 50 minutes, 290 calories. I then did Kelly Coffey 30 Minutes to Fitness Slim Sculpting Premix Core with a 15# kettlebell, 31 minutes, 125 calories. I finished with STS Extended Stretch, 15 minutes, Total time was 96 minutes and calories burned 445.
 
Today I did Body Beast Build: Legs again. Had a great workout and really feel this one. My glutes are sore. I also did a mile on my treadmill.
 
Today I did Chalean Extreme Push CIrcuit #1 which was some lower, biceps, and triceps. 33 minutes. I wanted more weight work than that and some cardio so I did X Train Cardio Leg Blast Timesaver premix rnds 1-6 plus Burn Sets Bis, 48 minutes. I finished off with 30 minutes of TRX Essential Flexibility. I only did one round of most stretches but did do the two rounds for the chest, shoulders and neck, and back stuff. This really does feel good. I spent 31 minutes of the 50 on it.

Debbie, I am glad to hear that you are liking the Body Beast. I really did like it myself.
 
LOL He does make comments about Mom telling him to pick up and not hurt himself. I finally just roll my eyes if I am tired or grin at his personality.
 
Today I did Body Beast Tempo: Back & Bi's. It was a good workout but I'm not much for the slow reps. I did feel it, though. Also, I wish they didn't have pullups in these workouts, I just cannot do those anymore. I tried using my tubing but just didn't feel much using it.

Roselyn - Yea, it gets annoying hearing "The Beast says..." or how he calls the guys Barbie. Oh brother.

No workout. I had a really early dentist appointment and ran errands while I was out.

Debbie, pull ups make my shoulders and neck hurt. I used my latest tower on the Bowflex to substitute. I sold the Bowflex when we moved to save space though.
 
Today I did Cardio Coach #1 and had a good workout. Got some good steps in with this one. Yesterday I didn't even make 7k. :(

Diane Sue - That is why I don't do pullups anymore, I'm sure it would irritate my upper back. I just don't want to take that chance. I remember being up to 15 pullups at one time. Yea, not anymore.

Roselyn - Are your legs sore??? How did you like that workout?
