This morning I did RAW Cardio Crush - the remade one - and had a great workout. This was fun. Some boxing moves but I was really careful when doing them. This one didn't really get my HR up too high, but it was fun. I didn't do the cool down which was some dance thing, instead I did some triceps stretches and exercises that AskDrJo showed. I found her channel last night and thought I'd do it. It sort of hurt a bit while doing it but right now my tricep feels pretty good. It's weird, the Athletic channel says to not stretch at all, just do isometric exercises but this Dr.Jo says to stretch. I'll try both and see how it goes.

RAW workout was 34 minutes, burned 217 calories, did 3713 steps and HR was 120/145.

Jolie - YouTube has some excellent channels for PT information. It has helped me tremendously. Hope you start to feel better in your wrist and elbow soon. My elbows have been bothering me for a log time, that is the next thing I will focus on once my tricep heals.

Diane - Hope your side and rib cage is better now. I hate when stuff like that happens. I'm glad you love your new house!! Enjoy setting everything up! That is the fun part!

Roxie - You watch younger Youtubers than me, but then again, you are younger than me. I also love Anastasia makeup, especially their luminous foundation. That stuff is awesome. I also love Tarte eyeshadows, Morphe eyeshadows and I have some nice pallets from Maybelline and Revlon. I just placed an order with Ulta and can't wait to get my new stuff. I don't order from Sephora much, I like Ulta better. I love makeup!!

Belinda - Great workout this morning!!

Doreen - Great workout yesterday!

Have a great day everyone!!

Debbie-we are the same age it’s just these were the pe I found first and most of them talk about drugstore makeup I also watch Risa does makeup she is our age. I like Colourpop because it’s the same price as Revlon or Loreal and when it’s 25% off it’s even cheaper. I love Ulta didn’t know until a month ago SephOra carried other brands

This morning I did a bit of Kelly's hi lo step and switched to CDorner Step. Trying to find a workout without twisty moves. Total time was 52 minutes, heart rate 135/174, 280 calories, 3,867 steps. Actually I forwarded a bit on CDorner because my ribs and low back on the right side started to throb. I just wanted to get to the stretch. I am really liking the Garmin Vivoactive 4S. There are so many functions and uses. I finally learned how to pause the workout when needed. It is just 1 tap of the top button. They also use this for sets of reps which it counts and after each exercise you push the button and then again to go on to the next exercise. I had paused the mobility workout and it timed two different moves which was kind of funny. I have not had to reboot or anything to get my readings and messages show up right away and I see phone calls. Still have not tried out music functions without using the phone.
I do not know what is up with my side/ribs. It really hurts and our cupboards are high so I have to really reach and I stand on my toes to get things off the second shelf. I have a step stool, but my husband ordered me a ladder for the others. They go all of the way to the ceiling. My daughter put my holiday stuff up at the top. We celebrated our 48th anniversary unpacking this year. Not eventful at all. Just two aging people hobbling to Lowes and out for fast food.

Debbie, you mentioned something about the Instant pot and leaving it. I have not tried it all day. I have set the timer once to cut in about 30 minutes before we left from church. Also set it to turn on an hour before for slow cooker. I don't care much for the slow cooker function. So far nothing gets all that warm. I sure wouldn't worry about that one. I had made chili which was pretty much already cooked so I just came home and put it on saute to warm it up for family dinner.
That is great that your tricep is feeling better. Apparently physical therapy does not agree on the not stretching at all. I had to go through stretches, movement patterns, and some strengthening with bands and really light dumbbells. I think we have to find what works for us. I saw Cardio Crush remake and contemplated it. It just seemed I remember a bit of down to the floor, or maybe I am thinking of the core cardio from Build and Burn. It has been awhile. No boxing for me till my ribs quit hurting. Left side of neck and right rib are painful.

Belinda, nice work with X Train and SBF today.

I have not watched any makeup and beauty vids in awhile. I just purchased some tarte eyebrow gel in a tube with a tiny brush like mascara. I like it, but think it will be used up much faster than the brow stuff I got from 100% Pure in the tub. I was disappointed the last time I purchased it from 100% Pure as that gel the first time lasted over a year. This last time it was kind of dried out at the start and I have had to scrap at it to get anything on the brush. Purchased through Amazon that time though and I am betting it was old merchandise. It is hard to get the right color for blonde eyebrows without looking like Groucho Marx.

Roxie, I am always really happy when I find something I love and that works that does not cost an arm and a leg. I stick with Tarte foundation. I have veered off and wasted more money than it would have cost me for another tube. Besides one tube lasts me a long time as they have more in them than most foundation bottles and tubes do.

Good Evening,

I came home from work inspired to do a boxing workout so I did TLC Boxing.

Diane-I just bought L’Oréal Infallabile foundation it doesn’t rub off on my mask as much but I like Bare Minerals to.

Roselyn-since I discovered Colour Pop I have purchased three pallets including there new Limoncello and two blushes.

Debbie-I like anyone doing tutorials and reviews. I learned a better way to apply eyeshadow watching Steph05. I have never used bronzer or highlighter until now

CDoerner STep and weights this morning. Good metabolic work.

So frustrated with work, the kitchen remodel delay (stove won't arrive until end of May) and a new puppy to boot - which is the most frustrating - so much work and I haven't got the time right now. (Just venting!!)

Belinda, nice workouts. I would not use weights on my back anymore. I used to try for 90 seconds for planks with the weights.

Debbie, I know what you mean, as so many of your symptoms are very similar. My hands used to swell and turn purple sometimes around a couple of the joints. For some reason supplements have helped with that. Maybe the gout? My middle finger gets stuck in the curled position when I try to do some things and I have to pry it back open which hurts. I am not having problems with my triceps. It is the front of my shoulders that hurt. When I was going to pt it hurt all the way down my arm across my elbow and stopped at my wrist. It hurt so bad I could not sleep at all. I had to stay on my back with my arm straight to my side for short bouts of sleep. Right now I still deal with it, but it is worse some days than others and is mainly in the front of my shoulder. Although they told me there is a nerve along there. When I had to make the long drives to and from my grandson's school at that time I had took a pillow and when I would stop at stoplights I would try to do a move they called the nerve glide, basically touch my hand to my chest and then turn my arm and stretch straight out and back with my palm like it was going to touch a wall. That relieved it for a few minutes. I did get help with that with the therapy. I get pain around my where my wrist and thumb is and the bones seem to jut out there, left much worse than the right. They took x rays of my hands as well as knees and feet. MRI for neck and shoulder. I also have the scapular area that easily gets inflamed and painful. I still am not quite sure what that is caused from.
I do love how CDorner builds on to the moves and teaches them well. I have not done one that I really did not like. The stretch I did felt good and a lot of the tightness let up afterward. I feel pretty good tonight other than the allergies and all of the extra dust.

Jolie, it is funny how what we want with fitness has changed. I would still lift heavy if I could. But, life has changed that. Then sometimes I think I am pushing 69 this summer so why do I want to build big muscles anyway. Health is more in the agenda at this time. I made awesome gains when STS first came out. I still look back at how much weight I was lifting at that time and also I added some really intense cardio to those workouts on top of it. Most cars are not made for comfort and I hate riding in them. My husband keeps telling me I should take those crazy head rests off. I always feel like if I get the seat adjust upright enough to not bother my neck and back I have that head rest pushing my head forward. So, if I put a small pillow behind my back it pushes me a bit away from that head rest. I am trying some NAC for awhile as it helps the body produce glutahione. Chris Kressor says he recommends undenatured grass fed whey as a good supplement. You can purchase glutathione. It is kind of hard for the body to get what it needs. This was from a interview he had asking what he would recommend and do if her was diagnosed with Rheumatoid arthritis.
For your allergies and dust, you could buy an air purifier here: www.protechallergies.com
