Today's workout was Cardio Supersets, 41 minutes, 230 calories.  I wanted a bit more but did not want to do the bonus step on that workout because of the lateral raises and overhead stuff.  So, I subbed and did the Step portion of All Out Low Impact Hiit, 12 minutes, 79 calories.  I finished off with Piyo Buns, 28 minutes, 113 calories.  Total time was 81 minutes, and calories burned 422.
