Today I did Raw Strength 2 Cardio Acceleration, 59 minutes (I had to make a couple of stops to adjust) 221 calories, heartrate 113/144, 2,543 steps. I also did CDorner mobility from Jan 2, Better Movement which I really liked, 29 minutes,55 calories, heart rate 86/115. Total time was 88 minutes, 276 calories. I have not done Strength 2 Cardio and really liked it. I will do Strength 3 again Saturday (I think)

Debbie, great job today with the Raw Ignite Your Metabolism and the Sculpt Shadow Boxing. I Usually use 3 # for most when she uses 5#. If it is fairly slow boxing, I will try 5's for moves I can do with 5's. I will probably do Ignite your Metabolism again but modify more and not right after something else intense. I pushed too hard and did most how Kelly did. She did say not to do that type of workout real often. I never jump off the step like that. I came off one foot at a time. I think I am having a flare up of the Rheumatoid Arthritis. I should not have let all those supplements run out. It is my joints from head to toe so I just aggravated it more. I even have areas of the lower spine area that were hurting last night. One place seemed like it had a bump on it and I checked in the mirror as I thought maybe it was bruised, but it did not. Hopefully I can get it under control without going in for a steroid injection. There is a definite difference from just muscle soreness and joint pain. I had not done the Strength 2 before. I had a copy of your post when you did it in the past. I watched it last night to check out the cardios and moves. I don't know why she said you don't need a bench and can do the bench parts on the floor. I had to stop and get out the bench when I got to the seated rows. I could feel it in my low back and had to be sure I was leaned over my lap well to take the pressure off there.
Roxy, having a dvd not work is still frustrating. I had one years ago that would not work right, but it worked in my computer, just not my dvd player. It was from a set and all worked but one in the dvd player. Nice work on Build and Burn Kettlebell Kickbox Fusion.
