Google Afternoon,

It’s a beautiful day out 65 degrees and sunny. I walked on the treadmill for 2.19 miles then DH decided we were going to Academy and a walk in the mall.

Debbie- it will be on the app February 3rd and in select stores mid February. We already have some stuff we just can’t put it out yet.

Forgot to post yesterday. I did Michelle Briehler 45 min Total Body Cardio & Strength No Equipment No Repeat. A nice steady state/ body weight workout. Also took my dog for a walk in the park. Today is a rest day, even though I would like to workout, I think I should rest. I will hit it tomorrow.

Roxie, a beautiful day here too. Only 45 here but it feels so good to see the sun. The days are getting longer. Yay!
