Today's workout was STS # 15 BACK. I went to failure on each set instead of doing the 12, 10, 8, To Failure reps. I am very tired today, poor sleep, but felt pretty strong.
Wide Grip Cable Pull Downs-
60# x 16, x 14, x 12, 16 TF
Barbell Row
55# x 13, x 12, x 12, x 13 TF
1 Arm Rows-
30# x 12, x 11, x 10, x 10 TF
Deadlifts-
55# x 15, x 12, x 10, x 10 TF
I finished with some leg extensions because my legs are not looking good.

50# x 20, x 16, x 14, x 15 TF. This exercise really builds my legs nicely, I go light and do high reps. I get cellulite on the top on one of my legs because I had surgery and was in a cast for a long time and my muscles atrophied. This exercise helps my quads and the top of my legs look better.
