Today I did STS # 15 Back and Biceps. I still feel weak but i powered through!

Warm Up-
Wide Grip Pull Downs- 50# x 15
60# x 12, x 12, x 12

1 Arm Rows- 30# x 12, x 10, x 8, x 12 TF

BB Rows- 55# x 12, x 10, x 8, x 12 TF

Deadlifts- 55# x 12, x 10, x 9 TF

BB Bicep Curls- 35# x 12, x 10, x 8, x 12 TF

Alt. Bicep Curls DB- 20# x 12, x 10, x 8, x 8 TF

Preacher Curls DB- 15# x 12, x 10, x 10 TF

Power Hour Bicep Curls 20# Barbell x a whole lot!


I hope everyone has a nice holiday weekend! I have my youngest home sick, he played in his Freshman Football Game yesterday and kicked butt!!! Today, he is worthless... Jack my oldest son has his Varsity Game tonight, Go Lions!!!

Today I did Ice Rock em Sock em premix main workout and blizzard blast, 62 minutes, I used the calorie calculator and got 483 calories. I would love to think that Map My Fitness was correct. It uses the same heart rate from my Fit Bit Blaze and it had me at 677. Fit bit had me at 389 which I felt was too low. HR was 134 avg./163 max. I also did Icey core 2 and Muscle Meltdown triceps, 25 minutes, 98 calories. I wanted to monitor these separate from the cardio workout. I finished off with Barre Amped upper body stretch, 13 minutes, 25 calories. Total time was 1 hr 40 minutes. My front shoulders are sore today after the Ice Metabolic workout yesterday. I may have to alter plans for tomorrow if I am still very sore.

kickbacks 15,15,15 dumbbell pair
dips 12 reps feet extended 3 sets
lying triceps extensions 15, 15,15 dumbbell pair

Jolie, I am sorry you still are feeling weak. Does your son have the same thing that you have had? Enjoy the game tonight.
 
Today is Sunday and I did STS # 16 Shoulders and Leg Extensions. Saturday was my rest day. When you post your Barbell weights, do you include the weight of the bar or not in the total weight? I did not in this post.

I am still tired and weak but I had a great workout. This is the worst sickness I have had in a long time. It is tough for me to get over, but NO antibiotics for me! My son and husband are now sick.
