August already. This summer has flew by. Today I did Afterburn, 54 minutes, 347 calories. I have my grandson 17, here and we are going out to lunch and do errands :D
 
Today's workout was Meso 1 week 3 chest, shoulders, and biceps, 55 minutes, 218 calories. I followed this with Kelly Coffey Slim Sculpting core/abs using a 15 and 20 kettle bell. 32 minutes, 119 calories. Workout time was 87 minutes and calories burned 338.
Yesterday was rest day and time with family and friends.
 
Today was Turbo Barre Lower Body Express and I added the abs to it, 60 minutes and 157 calories. It will be a busy week so I may not get much more in than the rotation calls for. I have my granddaughter stay here during the week so I can take her and pick her up from Pom Camp. I really enjoy our time :D
 
Today was STS disc 8 meso 1 week 3 back and triceps with the extended stretch.
 
Today's workout was Low Impact Challenge Extreme, 71 minutes, 446 calories.
 
Hi everyone! I'm back at it. I did STS Meso 3, Wk 1, Chest & Back. Had a great workout. Love this cycle so looking forward to doing it all.

Here is what I did:

Push/Pull Method
Flat Bench Press:
55# - 2 sets/12 reps warmup
Flat Bench Press: 70# - 8 reps
Barbell Row: 57# - 8 reps
Repeat 3 more times

Flat Bench Dumbbell Flyes: 25's - 8 reps
One Arm Row: 30# - 8 reps
Repeat 3 more times

Incline Barbell Bench Press: 65# - 8 reps
Barbell Deads: 52# - 8 reps
Repeat 3 more times

Incline Dumbbell Flyes: 25's - 8 reps
One Arm Horizontal Row: 30# - 8 reps
Repeat 3 more times

Could have gone heavier with every exercise. Good workout.

Today was Low Impact Series Total Body Tri-sets upper body split, 56 minutes, 210 calories. I then did X10 Low Impact 26 minutes, 130 calories. Total time 82 minutes, calories burned 360. I probably did not need the extra push ups and triceps work from X10.

Debbie, good to see you back. I have one more STS workout scheduled this final week and it is plyo legs. I sort of wondered why Cathe didn't give the option for the other leg work on Meso 3. She suggests if no plyo legs then Turbo Barre legs.
 
Today I did Cardio Coach #1 and had a great workout. Love this one, short and sweet. I am having issues with tightness around my waist, it's been like this for a while now. I'm not sure why or how to stretch it out. It hurts when I stand too long. I'm hoping it goes away soon.

ETA: Workout was 36 minutes, ran 2.34 miles and burned 249 calories.

Today I contemplated the other leg workout with Meso 3 but decided in the end to keep with the rotation and did disc 35 Plyo legs, 49 minutes, 250 calories. I then did Lean Legs and abs, just the abs, 10 minutes, 30 calories and finished with Ab Circuits Stability ball abs, 20 minutes, 50 calories. Total calories 330, time 79 minutes. I am finally worrying less about the low readings on the HR monitor. They work best for cardio. That being said I was just watching a Learn to Earn Video on Melaleuca website about their studies and having a lower heart rate when training hard is a good thing.

Today I did STS Meso 3, Week 1, Shoulders, Biceps and Triceps. I had a great workout. i changed the exercises in the last grouping because I didn't think the ones Cathe picked were muscle builders (except the concentration curls). I'll be back later to show what I did.

Diane Sue - Nice workout yesterday. I think I only did one Plyo Legs workout. Don't like those at all.
 
Today was Slide and Glide, 52 minutes, 210 calories. I hardly had the energy and almost did nothing. I lost one of my dogs last night. She has been on antibiotics and steroid since Friday. 12 Am she started going downhill and then by 2:30 she was gone. I have to keep busy to help keep the grief down. She was 9 years old. Not real young.
