Today's workout was Meso 1 week 3 chest, shoulders, and biceps, 55 minutes, 218 calories.  I followed this with Kelly Coffey Slim Sculpting core/abs using a 15 and 20 kettle bell.  32 minutes, 119 calories.  Workout time was 87 minutes and calories burned 338.  
Yesterday was  rest day and time with family and friends.
