Hardcore Fitness Maniacs For August 2015

Today I did Ripped with Hiit Circuit Lower Body with abs 2 and stretch, 61 minutes, 300 calories. HR monitor kept stopping again so ers lfway through. I am headed out of town. Not sure that I can get anything in tomorrow since that is when I will be back. Depends n what time.
I will do some Beast workouts again this week. Probably Tempo and One of the lower body workouts. I cannot remember the Beast workouts well. Is the Bulk one slower paced than build?

Roselyn, how was the Align workout. I didn't think it was really a follow along so I just looked t some of it. She says on define lower that those are putting together what she showed in align,
 
Today I did Cardio Coach #6 with Candace and had a great workout. Ran fast and did high hills so all is good. :)

Workout was 54 minutes, ran 3.4 miles and burned about 386 calories although I think it's way more than that.
