Today I did Ripped with Hiit Circuit Lower Body with abs 2 and stretch, 61 minutes, 300 calories. HR monitor kept stopping again so ers lfway through. I am headed out of town. Not sure that I can get anything in tomorrow since that is when I will be back. Depends n what time.
I will do some Beast workouts again this week. Probably Tempo and One of the lower body workouts. I cannot remember the Beast workouts well. Is the Bulk one slower paced than build?
