I'm back,
Hermia, My doctor son lives in Las Vegas, and it is an amazing city. Love visiting with my son, but still glad to get home.
Charlotte, you have come up a lot in weights. That's got to be tough work. I admire your strength.
Patti, Looking forward to getting to know you better as well. Is GWF a heart monitor or a calorie counter of some sort? Did you wear if 24 hrs. to find out how many calories you burned during the entire day? Black Bean Brownies sounds interesting. Is there a recipe for it and it so will you share?
WD, I don't do much during the day to burn a whole lot of calories except for my time working out. The rest of the day is sitting or making meals for hubby and me. I think (I could be wrong) for me eating 2000 calories a day is way to much. I would only gain fat. I eat around 1200-1400, usually on the lower end more often. I find if I eat more than that I stay at the same weight or gain. Are you busy all day long? What am I saying? Of course you are, with the grand kids and all. Da?
I think I need to be more active. I'll have to think about what else I can do during the day to be more active and burn a little more calories.
Shana Banana, Your name is interesting. Why did you name yourself that? I'm betting the story behind it is interesting as well.
Debbie, Did you ever figure out your project on the top you are crocheting? It makes me want to buy the pattern just so I can see where you are having a problem. I still might do that, it is a wonderful top to show off muscles.
Ever since Adam Lambert sang "Mad World", I just can't seem to get it out of my head. He is such a great singer, and I have a prediction that he will win American Idol competition. His voice is high for a man, but I just love the way he fits every song he sings to his taste and style. If I was younger, if I wasn't married, if I didn't live so far away if...I know, no chance in he!! for me at this time. LOL
Then maybe I can be a fan.
Talk again tomorrow,
Janie
