Teddy, LOL when I buy something I have to rip it open and cut off tags as soon as I get it home. If I find I have clothes that I don't wear I throw them away or give them away.

Debbie, do use liquid Nesquick?? What holds the pancakes together.

Sonya, my only problem with my Muscle Chow Cookbook is I use it so much and it is soft cover. The pages are all falling out I think I need to get a notebook and sit down and punch holes in all of the pages to put it in it. That would be time consuming though as it has 277 pages. If I had my reciept I would see if Barnes and Noble would give me another one.

Hello Ladies! I am late posting. I actually worked out a long time ago! today I did Chest, Shoulder and Triceps

Chest -
chest press and incline chest press - 3 sets of 8 with 20DBs

Shoulders
arnold presses - 3 x 8 with 15s
lateral raises 3.8 with 12s

triceps -
lying extensions - 12s
station dips - 3x10 - i can't believe how strong my triceps are!

then I jumped rope for 205 minutes while watching monk on Usa this morning.

He wasn't parking

The idiot came out of an alley and had no way to turn so he drove through the parking over the empty lot over the sidewalk..back out to the street...
I juat got that back section paved in Oct...
I have gutters out there.. Let me find out who it is..
He will have a rake in his hands...
