Diane Sue - Thanks. I printed it. That's something else I'll have to work on once I'm finished with P90X. Maybe by then I'll be strong enough. :D I don't have a tower like that, but we do in our gym at the college, so I can pop down there every now and then and try to crank a few out.

Ended up doing the BB in KM and step in Body Max. Feel so much better....stress is gone!

M1 Oatmeal w/blueberries and 1/2 WG bagel
M2 Banana and slim fast optima bar
M3 Turkey Sandwhich
M4 Apple, cheese XS energy drink
M5 Homemade chicken soup
M6 Cup cottage cheese

What does DH stand for when you talk about husbands?????
 
Here I am with the usual late posting...That little bird is sooo cute. I missed the story about him but he sure is a cutie :)

Dallys - I was thinking of doing Ripped 1000 tomorrow. We'll see how I feel tomorrow. My legs may be too fried.

Suz - the hair looks great - I actually fixed mine today and should do it more often b/c it takes about 10 minutes and makes such a difference in my appearance as well as the way I feel about myself for the day. Would sure be nice to not have to mess with it though. I know you are loving it.


Tonight was Spinervals Muscle Breakdown - rode for 47 minutes, 12 miles, burned 505 calories with avg HR of 159 and Max HR of 178. I was tired, didn't feel terrific and something is wrong with my lower eyelid - allergies or something b/c it is getting puffy - but I was on that bike pushing it for all I had. Glad I did it but am ready for some sleep now. Would sure be nice if life would just slow down.

I must get the chin up bar - I couldn't dream of doing one now (unassisted) but love the tips on working up to it.

Tooooo much grading today, but yet...not enough. Sigh.
