Hardcore Fitness Maniac Hotties for 10/20

Suz, I get my slacks and jeans from Old Navy online. They sell 1's and 0's in long length.I usually get them in regular and they are still made longer for heels. I hardly list my eats because it is like writing a book each day LOL I can eat:p Today I didn't have breakfast and had so many interruptions I finally went and mixed a half scoop of protein powder in a small amount of Oiko's fat free greek yogurt so I could finish. Post workout I had more yogurt and protein powder. Then after I showered I had some salt free vegetable soup while talking to dh. Finally had a low carb lavash bread with a can of tuna, onions, tomato, and jalapenos, then later had a protein shake. That is probably half of what I will eat before I hit bed:D Yes that is the One on One that uses the tubing.

Hermia, I am previewing Tracey's new workouts. May have to play with them a bit before I go to bed tonight LOL The med ball one looks good. It has 3 premixes. One a dance mix, one and athletic mix, and one a med ball mix:D

Hey Maniacs! Today I did RCR workout-A2, plus 10 min. trainer Yoga Flex. You guys are making me want to do a P90X rotation too, but I'm barely hanging in there with this ball and chain on doing this RCR rotation. I have 2 weeks left and then I'm FREE!! ROFL! Lately it seems I can only take about 4 weeks of a plan and then I start to get antsy.

Read all your posts but don't have time for personals, darnit.

Today is a non work-out day for me, have to work late supervising the football game. I didn't post yesterdays' workout which was Muscle Endurance. It was my first time doing this dvd. Is is me or does Cathe do crazy amount of reps for the biceps? That was the only section I couldn't complete all reps.

I am trying to figure out alot of the abreviations you all use on my own but Linda...what is ASC? Also you mentioned Cardio Coach???????

Amber...you have to at least open up the P90X+ for the intervl training. It's a great workout! I like red wine too, but more of a Merlot enthusiast. I am lucky being in central California we have so many wineries within a short distance. Have you ever heard of Delicato?

Debbie...Holy crap is right! WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am so proud of myself, one of my Kindergarten teachers brought in a cupcake (my weakness is frosting) and I didn't eat it! I stuck with my walnut, raisin, chicken salad.

Hope today was a start of a great week for everyone!!!!!!!!!!! :)

Suz, Have you tried Victoria 's Secret for dress slacks? They have the small sizes (0/2) in the long length. For jeans I love Buckle. They have extra long length. I am 6 feet tall with a 36 inseam and a size 4/6, so I feel ya girl!

Debbie, I have been averaging around 2400 calories a day. Sometimes I may get a little more or a little less. On days I do not workout I probably consume more calories than I burn but it all averages out and my weight pretty much stays the same.

Sonya, I try to name the workouts I do instead of using abbreviations. But sometimes we get in a hurry and just figure most of us know what they are. I still sometimes will see a workout abbreviated and wonder what it is. Cardio Coach are audio workouts intended for cardio equipment. www.cardiocoach.com I think ASC is Amy Bento's Step Challenge

Linda, I guess I am not that observant. Didn't notice a mistake in Rumble:D Now I will be looking for it.

Teddygirl - Looks like we both have big plans for tonight's workout!

Diane Sue - Wow - you do so well with your eating!!! I have to plan better. I do like Old Navy. I try to buy their skirts but I'm right in between sizes on their skirts the 1/2's or whatever are too big and the 0's are too tight. I haven't tried their pants in a long time. I buy their tops and sweaters though. Just bought some small cami's and had to return them for xtra smalls even with my silicone inserts in!

Dallys - Come on! Join us!!!! You know you want to!

Sonya - I haven't tried VS. I buy a lot of their sweaters and bras though. I hate having to order stuff and then send it back and pay all that shipping. But they are good about taking off shipping if you ask them to when you have to ship back and forth. Maybe I should try them. My sister used to get their pants a lot. I'll look at the Buckle for jeans too. Haven't ever tried them. Thanks for the tips. ;)

Off to meet DH for dinner and then to Chest & Back.

Well, now I feel like a blimp at a size 4-6! :p Skinny Minnies!!

Great workouts - as always, I am amazed. I haven't posted but have been keeping the workouts in except for the weekend which was just weird. Friday was S&H legs and a good walk - went very heavy (for me) on the legs and it felt great. Thursday was PUB - a favorite. Today I did Tracey's Circuit Zone for the first time. It was nice but I guess it will take time to learn it in order to move fast enough, and I repeated bicep work b/c it didn't seem like enough, nor did chest, which I also repeated. I finished off with the bosu core from the CIA video. I'm about to do some short form of cardio - tomorrow AM will be either Spinervals or CC so I don't want to overdo it, but feel like I just want to move.

This has bugged me for a while - I see the numbers that are posted but don't know what they mean. I get the pounds but not the numbers that follow, like 4/4/4 or 12/12 etc. Help?? Just still learning here :) Thanks!

Sonya - Diane is correct, ASC is Amy Bento Advanced Step Challenge, of which there are 3, so I usually write ASC 1 or ASC 2, etc. to show which one I did.

Shana - Those numbers you see like 4/4/4 indicate sets and reps - so 4/4/4 would be read three sets of 4 reps, 12/12 would be two sets of twelve reps. HTH!

I put in Tracey's Hi/Lo Med Ball to mess with it a bit. Ended up doing the whole 55 minute workout LOL I kept thinking I was going to stop and go to the stretch. I had fun doing it. I think the athletic premix and the med ball premix will be used a lot. I wouldn't say it is a high intensity workout but it is fun and you get your core a lot. I didn't want to be trying it out when my son in law brings in the baby in the morning. With some of those moves I might have felt embarrassed if he came in and saw me. I usually leave the door unlocked so if I don't hear them they aren't left outside. Funny because when Tracey is doing the stretch she is telling you come on no one can see you LOL I liked the med ball segments. Wish they were longer. I kind of previewed the med ball premix which is almost as long as the whole workout. I wonder if she repeats some of it. I will try the Steady State Step one tomorrow. Soaked in the hot tub and am off to bed early:D That is if I can get myself off of the computer LOL

Linda - Thank you. I figured it had to do with reps, and at times, thought it was exactly that, but then I would read something else and be confused again...like when you write about chins 6/8, 6/8, 4/8 or pull-ups. So much to learn... Maybe that means you got 6 out of 8 tries? Awesome by the way :D Those are my next challenges to tackle!

Shana - That's funny about the reps. And a 4-6 - PERFECT!!! I wouldn't mind that size one bit.

Diane Sue - You're funny. I'm sure there are a few things we wouldn't want some people to see us doing while we're working out!

I SUCKED at pullups tonight. More on that tomorrow!

Nighty night.

Suz, I've had good luck with American Eagle jeans, and I've gotten a couple pairs from the nordstrom's juniors dept., but my current favorite came from Buckle; they're great, I love them! Yes, I have that problem with non-jean pants, too; they seem fine in the store, but it's like they get bigger as I wear them! I only have one such pair of pants right now, from American Eagle. My jean size can vary a bit, but for pants, they absolutely must be a double zero.

I did Tracey's High Low Med Ball tonight! it was fun, but I didn't totally get all the sections down. I felt uncoordinated a couple times, but it will just be all the more fun once I get it. Lots of twisting and hip movement. I also did the plank section of her Core Blast.
