Hardcore Extreme?

I ordered it recently and just tried the first 10 minutes of one of the cardio workouts. I can say the first 10 minutes were cool! :7

I have one more week of my S&H rotation, and then I'll be hitting more circuits and cardios. No doubt I'll dive more into Hardcore Extreme then.
 
I have it. It's tough, just like the Terminator DVD. I don't hit it very often just because I have a lot of workouts and limited time, LOL! They are long workouts so it's usually only weekends I'd be even able to fit one in.
 
I love this workout. I don't know why it's rarely mentioned, either! I don't even own Imax 3 or Kickmax because of HCE. You get the leg drills and blasts from KickMax and almost all the intervals from Imax 3. My favorite workout is the one where you do 4 Imax 3 intervals, then the first 5 blasts from Kickmax, then 4 more Imax 3 intervals, then the last five blasts from KM, and then the leg conditioning drills from KM. It's killer. I have never done the circuit w/o on HCE (I'm not much of a circuit girl ;)) but the other one (Hi/Lo intervals) that alternates Low Max with Imax 3 is great too.

I think it's a wonderful workout! HCE is actually on my rotation to do tonight!

I have it and love it. I do not do it as often due to the length of the workouts (my time is limited) but on the weekends, I try to fit it into a rotation. I love the IMAX3/Low Max combo. A mix of two very fun workouts. :)

I love this DVD! I agree with Melissa. HCE #2 is the one I usually do but at other times, I mix&match other intervals from #1 and 3. I never do them in their entirety though (because of lack of time). I just stop after 35-40 min., often after a blast!!!! :7

I don't have it but because the rotation I'm doing called for the Hi/Lo Intervals Premix of Hardcore Extreme yesterday, I used the selected segments from Low Max, Imax 3 and Kick Max in my 6-disc DVD player....

All I can say is "WOW"!!! If it weren't for the few seconds it took for the player to move from one disc to the next I wouldn't have survived it!!! :+ :+ :+ :+

I loved the transition from the 6" to the 8" step and the Kick Max Blast Challenge in the end is a killer!!!!
