Everyone who is interested in the challenge, we have about 3 weeks to get ourselves familiar with the hard core workouts. I think the best way is for everyone to do the rotation that they feel most comfortable with, either your own rotation, cathe's etc.
I will come on the last week of Feb. and get started for our MARCH 1 start!!!!
