Hardcore 2 month challenge

Everyone who is interested in the challenge, we have about 3 weeks to get ourselves familiar with the hard core workouts. I think the best way is for everyone to do the rotation that they feel most comfortable with, either your own rotation, cathe's etc.
I will come on the last week of Feb. and get started for our MARCH 1 start!!!!
Can't wait!!!!

I haven't received my HC series yet, but it's scheduled to arrive on Valentine's Day!! :)

So, YES, I will be previewing and will be ready on March 1 for the challenge!!

Count me in. I Will be in a bikini in May, I Will be in a bikini in May, I will be in a bikini in May. DD wants me to go with her to the Disney Waterparks and I want to look nice for hubby. He keeps says I look just fine, but I feel that fat around the middle. Those last 5 pounds WILL go!

I'm triple in.

Hi Susan,
I think once a day or two days would be good. The rotation would be whatever you feel you should do, mostly hard core of course. I thought that would be best, because I know when I get overwhelmed, I start slacking.
I'm going to post my weight and measurements too.
I'm looking forward to this challenge and inspiring eachother!!!!

I'm looking forward to this too. I just lost 40 lbs (took about a year) and those last few pounds are sooo stubborn!!x( Nothing has budged for about 3 months. (To be honest, my eating at this point is playing a rather large role, since I workout faithfully, but I love food so much...sigh...I digress...)

I think a few weeks to get used to the new workouts would be a good plan, so I'm marking March 1 for my calender, unless I hear something different.

Count me in,when I get them! They are on their way! I think I will do some running as well.I am hoping that I can follow a rotation with my new job and all.I find it very hard after I work 10-13 hours, then workout.I will probably get use to it though as time goes by:)

My DVD's arrive tomorrow! YIPPEE! So, while I have already worked up my own rotation for the next few months, I've worked lots of the new Hard Core into it. So, I'm game. I'm gonna go mark my calendar, although I might post my results on a weekly basis.
