Hardcord Fitness Maniacs for September

Today I was going to run on my treadmill but my body is just tight and sore all over. I needed to do a stretch workout so I did Yoga Stretch by Karen Voight. I really need to start doing this again once a week or more. I cannot believe how tight my muscles are again and that just leads to trouble. This workout actually hurt to do, that's how tight my muscles are. I need to stop skipping stretching workouts and just work them in my rotation. I hate missing a cardio day, but I think it's important to stretch as well. I'll see what I can come up with. I wish I had the motivation to do them on weekends.

Today I worked on the Treadclimber for 53 minutes, 630 calories(using the strap that comes with the Treadclimber), max hr 161. I then did Tai Cheng week 3 Day 5. This week seems to be the same every day. It has you putting the 6 moves together that you learned in week 1 and 2 into a flow. Still the same Neural Reboot that is motion, foam rolling and stretching from foot to neck. These spend a lot of time on posture.

Debbie, flexibility is really important. I try not to fit some in every week. I hope you can get some of the tightness worked out.
 
Today I did Kelly Coffey Lift to Be Fit both workouts with the tabata abs, 67 minutes. I started Tai Cheng but with time limits I decided to stop and do day 6 of week 3 in the morning.
 
Hi everyone! Hope you all had a great weekend. I did but it went by way too fast again.

Today I did the upper body premix of High Reps. Had an ok workout, this one isn't my favorite. Didn't really know what to do this week - I'm getting a little burned out on Xtrain. I'm ready for a week off. I might do that next week or the first week in October.

Today I did Low Impact Series Total Body Tri-sets Upper body followed by Tai Cheng Week 4 Day 1. This week of Tai Cheng is adding new moves and more to the Neural Reboot. I have not done foam rolling for the quads in quite some time and boy did that hurt.
 
Today I got on my treadmill and walked for 2 miles. That was all I could do. Both my knees are killing me right now so I think I'm going to take the rest of this week off and next week off. I know it's more than a week, but I am really needing the break. With both my knees and my left elbow hurting right now, it's silly to keep pushing it. I may do some stretch and yoga workouts sometime next week, that may do me well. I need to let my body rest for a while.

BRRRRR! It's only in the 40's here this morning. I am not ready for this!!!!
 
Today I got on the Tread Climber for 45 minutes then did Kelly Coffey;s Waistline portion of Home Gym Intervals and finished off with Tai Cheng week 4 Day 2. This was 92 minutes and I burned 508 calories. I really did not push hard on the Tread Climber this time.

Debbie, that is cold. It was in the 60s here this morning. It ended up being a beautiful day. Sorry you have to take a break to mend. I hope things get better.
 
Today I did total body tri sets lower body, Piyo sweat, and Tai Cheng Week 4 day 3.

Today I did Ride on the spin bike and followed it with Tai Cheng week 4 day 4. I got a good calorie burn in. Tomorrow I will do weights again.
 
Today I did Flex Train and Great Glutes Disc and ball segments. 73 minutes, 340 calories. I missed Tai Cheng today. I did not have time. So, I will probably make it up by doing day 6 on Sunday.
 
Yesterday I did Urban Rebounding Compilation #2 Dance Bound and Core Bound, 67 minutes followed by Tai Cheng Week 4 Day 5. Today I did Tai Cheng Week 4 Day 6.
 
Hi everyone!

Wow this website looks great! I love the orange/black colors. So much easier to look at. Only thing is I can't find the Social Groups where I talk about GH with people. It seems to be gone. :(

So no workouts for me this week either. My elbow is starting to feel good and I don't want to injure it again. Knees are so/so. I'm enjoying the break, I think I'm really burned out right now.

Today I did 30 minutes on the Tread Climber, Total Body Tri-sets premix back, biceps, and core, 36 minutes, and Tai Cheng week 5 day 1 37 minutes.

Debbie, maybe it will just take awhile to find those things or Cathe's will come up with something. I just got a new Android phone and am not sure that I am liking the Tapatalk feature. I was always able to get on the forums when away from my computer with the iPhone and it was easy. I just had to get rid of the iPhone. No more apple products for me. The last update download broke my phone. I took it in and they couldn't fix it. Wanted to sell me another phone. I have had issues with the updates before, but they usually managed to correct the bugs pretty quickly.
